Perfect little apartment for our visit to Case Western. The host was great with communication and the check-in process was very easy. The location was perfect as we were walking distance to campus, a half a block from Blue Sky Brews (cute coffee shop) and close to a ton of cool neighborhoods. The apartment itself was cozy and had everything we needed. And we found the beds to be super comfortable (on the firmer side which we like). It was spotless and we felt at home. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay visiting Case Western for my daughter to check it out. Able to walk to tour and good food. Enjoyed Home Bistro and Algebra Tea House. And enjoyed AC, it wasn’t that hot but felt that way with the humidity. And caught a great show in the theater district. Smooth check-in and spacious off street parking. I thought it was two spots but was all for us.

Great apartment in a great location!

We came to visit our daughter at Case Western. This apartment is on the edge of campus and is a short walk to the center of Cleveland's Little Italy district with wonderful restaurants (and lots of Gelato!). Excellent rental and location

The rental is very clean and comfortable. The beds were firm, but super comfortable. The location was in walking distance to great bars and restaurants. I would stay here again.

Perfect weekend getaway!

It was clean, comfortable, and a great location to walk to local restaurants. The covered parking in the home's garage was much appreciated as it snowed while we were there. It had everything we needed for our girls' weekend, and "charming" describes it perfectly!

Wonderful Stay

My friend and I were in town for a funeral and while we didn't necessarily enjoy our stay to Cleveland, Mr. Byram's apartment certainly made it comfortable and easy to access where we needed to go. The apartment was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We very much appreciated the covered parking behind the building.

We loved everything about our stay except the beds. They were too hard for our taste, but thats just us. Listing was accurate, neighborhood great, amenities were perfect. We would love to stay again.

Great Stay with All the Comforts of Home

I stayed in the second-floor unit of this VRBO listing during a two-week clinical rotation in Cleveland, and it was a great experience. The owner was communicative, organized, and made sure I had everything I needed from the start. The unit was spotless and fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking and day-to-day comfort. The washer, dryer, and fast Wi-Fi were a huge plus for a longer stay. The beds were very comfortable, especially if you prefer a firm mattress like I do. It also had a nice TV setup and even a PS5 with games, which was a great way to relax after long days at the hospital. The location couldn’t have been more convenient, just a 5-minute walk to University Hospitals. The neighborhood was quiet with only minimal street noise. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped stay in Cleveland.

Perfect Place to Stay

We stayed two nights so that our daughter could attend tours at Case Western Reserve. The apartment was set up great for us - two large bedrooms and plenty of space to hang out in the evening with the kitchen, dining, living combo space! The apartment was in a perfect location for our daughter to walk to and from campus and for my husband and I to walk to coffee, lunch, dinner and museums. We plan to return since our daughter has committed to CWRU!

Charming apartment, Great location, Considerate host

My partner and I booked this apartment with another couple when we were all coming to the same conference at Cleveland State University. The booking process was easy and the host's communication was excellent. The apartment itself is lovely! Just as charming and cosy as it looks in the photos. Everything was clean, comfortable, and chic. The neighborhood is wonderful, too--quiet and peaceful, but just around the corner you'll find Little Italy. Cobblestone streets, beautiful gardens, lots of little pastry shops, restaurants, etc. Our host was so considerate and attentive; he messaged me on the day we were due to arrive to let me know that he had just learned the AC wasn't working well, that he had arranged for it to be repaired, and that he had brought a window unit over and set it up for us in the meantime. That kept us very comfortable during a sweltering week. When it turned out the repair person couldn't come after a couple of days, our very kind host thoughtfully brought over 2 more window units for the bedrooms. We really appreciated that! I would absolutely try to stay here again next time I'm in Cleveland and I recommend it to anyone!

Perfect Accommodations

This trip to Cleveland was for a very important surgery for my wife at Universities Hospital. We started off with an 8 night stay because the overall timeframe was undetermined. We had to adjust our reservation due to scheduling at the hospital and Mr. Byram was very accommodating with allowing us to slide forward one week. The apartment was available and he made the process very simple with a quick response. He made the check in instructions very easily understood and detailed. If you drive, there is a garage to park your car in, behind the building. The apartment location was perfect for us, it was a 5 minute walk to the Bolwell entrance into the hospital. I felt very safe walking at night with well lit streets. There are plenty restaurant options to choose from in the area as well. The apartment was set up perfectly for our long stay. It was decorated very nicely and was set up to feel cozy. Everything was spotless when we arrived. The bedrooms were made up with clean linens. The bathroom was nicely done with clean towels on the rack. They even supplied coffee and filters for the coffee maker. The basement had a washer/ dryer set for each unit and there was detergent readily available. I really can't say enough about the place or the owner during this trying time. We ended up having to stay a few extra nights and Mr. Byram once again made it a simple process (it was not reserved yet). He was responsive and respectful of our situation. Highly recommend!
