Regarding the change in your reservation, our priority is always to ensure our guests have a functional and comfortable space. As mentioned in our rental agreement and correspondence, we occasionally must reassign bookings if a maintenance issue arises—in this case, damaged furniture—to avoid hosting you in a subpar environment. We provided the 36th-floor unit as a complimentary upgrade to a higher category with superior views and more space to compensate for the change, and we are glad that you were able to enjoy those breathtaking vistas despite the initial concern. We appreciate the patience you showed while dealing with these matters, and we hope you were able to enjoy the rest of your time in Hollywood with your family.
