Beautifully remodeled in April 2024, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ski in/out condo at Telluride Mountain Lodge (Unit 3207) offers all amenities: pool, restaurant, hot tub, ski valet, lockers, and a grocery/liquor store across the street. Priced well below market rates for a 2 BR, providing massive savings through self-management.

We also offer pet-friendly accommodation with a $175 fee per stay, ensuring your furry friends have a comfortable and memorable stay with us.

The Space:
2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ski in/out condo at Telluride Mountain Lodge. With a dining area, fireplace, and private balcony, this 1,000 sq ft property comfortably accommodates 6 guests. The master bedroom features a king bed, the upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, and there's also a sofa bed.
Experience luxury with our new towels, inspired by those President Trump enjoyed at the Ritz, now bringing White House elegance to your stay.

Guest Access:
Dogs are allowed. There is a $175 charge (per my cleaning contract) that I cannot waive. The platform does not have a way to charge for that so please Venmo me to @kpreble if you bring your 4 legged member.

The condo location was perfect for my son and I. We had a short walk to the main lodge where we enjoyed having the bar and restaurant available as well as the hot tub.Mountain Village is so convenient with the gondola right next to the main Lodge and the shuttle service to the market right up the hill was an extra plus!

Fantastic Stay in Telluride! We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Telluride Travel Rentals. The property was exactly as described—beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located. A huge thank you to Kevin for being incredibly supportive and helpful throughout our entire stay, from booking to check-out. He made the experience seamless and stress-free. The place is very nice, however it is much smaller than the pictures. We had 4 people and it was full. Only one person can fit into the kitchen. The 2nd bed is in a loft with no door and no privacy. In addition, the bed is not a king, which is only listed in the details. What we did not know is that the whole place is under construction and the whole town was basically empty. The restaurant and lodge were closed, the gondola was closed too. The pool and fitness center were open, however there were workers walking in and out of the pool area, and a strong smell of varnish was always present and neither area was clean. Not what we expected.

We had a great stay the only issue we had was that the toilet was leaking water every time you flushed it.

Lovely property, further from the Mountain Village center than I thought. Also limited staff in the restaurant first night followed by restaurant and pool area closed off second night due to event limited my enjoyment of the property. Otherwise delightful stay

Great location

Great spot just a short walk from the Grocery store and gondola station. Grocery is like a mini whole foods and has most the options you need to stock up. Unit is older and needs some general but easy fixes. The kitchen needs some updating to the utensils and accessories. Refrigerator makes a loud noise almost like it is trying to make ice but doesn't. It will wake you up. Bathrooms need some deep cleaning, mold removal and new caulking. Living room floors need to have the transitions looked over as we had to hammer in finish nails to avoid cutting our feet or snagging socks. All in if these items were fixed we would stay again.
