Location, location! 98walk score-walker’s paradise! In the heart of beautiful prime Adams Morgan neighborhood. Spacious 2level, 3bedrooms, 2.5 baths Classic Rowhouse. Quiet street just steps away from the vibrant 18th St in Adams Morgan where there’s over 50+ restaurants, coffee shops, bars/nightlife. Half a block to Harris Teeter, 10min walk to 18th St restaurants, 10min bike ride to DuPont Circle, WoodleyPark/Zoo. Only 1.5 miles to the WhiteHouse, downtown, Chinatown etc. FREE street parking.
The space
Spacious 2 level, 3Bedroom, 2.5 baths in Adams Morgan/Kalorama neighborhood close to everything. Just a block and a half to 18th St plethora of dining, coffee shops, grocery, shopping, public transportation.. all just steps away.

Property boasts high ceilings, exposed brick (shellac coated), crown moldings, hardwood floors, original wood trim around windows.

Minimalistic designed (simplistic, clean lines).

Total of 3 bedrooms:
-Master BR with a queen bed and master bathroom attached.
-Second bedroom with a full size bed and private balcony
-Third bedroom is a den-size bedroom with a twin bed and is located on the main level of the rowhouse (same level as living room
and dining room).
-Fourth bed is a twin portable rolling bed. This fourth bed is in the master bedroom. See photos.

Total of 2.5 baths in this rowhouse.
-Full bath (standing shower) in master bedroom.
-Full bath with tub in the second bathroom
-Half bath on main level (no shower or bath)

Well appointed, fully stocked kitchen.

You’ll have access to entire rowhouse with 2 levels. You’ll receive the lockbox combo within an hour of your check-in time of 4pm on your check-in day.

Great option for our six-pack

The property was in a safe neighborhood. On street parking was available. We are a family of six and each of our teenagers had their own bed to sleep in. Laundry was available on site and grocery store at the end of the block. It’s an older home, so the stairs are steep and the bedrooms stayed cooler when the doors were ajar. The week we were there it was in the 90s, so we were grateful for the AC!We made dinner each night, and watched a movie. The smart TV had lots of movie options, including National Treasure. It was about a 20 minute walk to the metro line. An option we used was parking near a local metro station using the “ParkWhiz” app and purchasing an unlimited three day metro pass to get around DC. We had a great stay in DC!

Family experience

The house was perfectly equipped for My 17 year old, 10 year old, and mother. It was a great location near lots of restaurants. The patio was an added benefit. The host was extremely responsive in a timely manner

Great location and amenities

Property as advertised. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Kitchen well equipped with dishes, utensils, coffee… the location is ideal. Washer/dryer very convenient. After touring the museums we were able to come back to our place — a 5 minute walk brings you to multiple restaurants. If there’s any drawback at all, it would be the low water pressure in the showers.

This property was absolutely perfect for my family! The property is super close to a grocery store and a bus stop. And the neighborhood felt safe!

Nice and comfy

The beds were all very comfy. The house was clean. I would recommend some “blackout curtains in the rooms upstairs.. there is an outside light hanging outside that makes the rooms bright at night.

Very nice property

This property was as advertised. Very clean, great location and within walking distance to some very good restaurants. Uber service was available within about.6 minutes of being requested. The room with the bunk beds was a bit challenging for two grown adults, but other than that everything was very nice. Everything went very smoothly.

Respite on a hot week

This is a pleasant place, a little smaller than it appeared, but still big enough for us to have a family group one evening. The bathrooms were excellent, the kitchen clean and open, though it could have used a few sharper knives. The main bedroom was large and comfortable, but with a very very soft mattress. The second bedroom was adequately sized, but again, the mattress was too soft and foamy. On the hot days we were there, the AC worked well in all rooms but the second bedroom, which got little air. With a upgrade to the beds (and that bad duct fixed), this would be a first-rate place. The location is convenient to a market and lots of restaurants. The Metro a 15 minute walk.

Perfect location!

This beautiful home is in the perfect location in Adams Morgan to walk to restaurants, cafes, grocery store and parks- you do not need a car! It was as lovely as the pictures with 2 charming patios to enjoy your morning coffee. Beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. All the modern touches you need but with lots of charm. Janine was extremely easy to work with. We would definitely stay there again!!

Great location, AC needs to be fixed

Great location & mostly true to pictures on post. Biggest pain point was the AC didn’t work. Consistently 77+ degrees in the house when the AC was set at 68.

Nice place in a great location!

We had a great experience here and I would definitely recommend this place for a group or family for a DC weekend. The apartment is clean and comfortable, just as you see in the photos. The host was responsive and helpful when we had questions. The only thing that’s a bit weird is the door handle on the hallway bathroom upstairs - it has a strange locking mechanism and was difficult to use. There are lots of bars and restaurants close by, but the street the apartment is on is nice and quiet. There’s a Harris Teeter just down the block and the National Zoo and Rock Creek Park are within walking distance.

Great Spot!

We enjoyed our stay and would concur that the walkability of this spot is excellent. So many great restaurants & fun bars nearby, a grocery store around the corner and Malcolm X Park just a few blocks away. We could quickly Uber from this location to the Mall and other areas of interest.

Great Location

I love travel, people, being outdoors, dining out and just simply enjoying a nice cup of tea/coffee at the local cafes, especially in Adams Morgan. It’s truly a beautiful neighborhood with lots of history and character. Adams Morgan (AdMo) is also so close to Dupont Circle, the U St Corridor, city landmarks such as the White House, the museums downtown and the Smithsonian National Zoo. I truly understand the importance of staying in an AirBnb that is clean, comfortable, in a prime location and as a bonus, just steps from local cafes, shops, dining and nightlife.
