3 Bedroom condo on 7 Mile Beach : Beach is coming back !!

Our condo is a spacious 3 bedrooms that can accommodate 6 to 8 people .You will have magnificent views of the ocean from the balcony and living room . You are steps away from Seven Mile beach .
The condo is fully equipped to receive guests (family with grand parents, two families, two couples...).You will definitely enjoy having meals in the lanai .

The location is perfect . 10 minutes cab ride from the airport and at walking distance from many restaurants . You are a short walk away from Camana Bay , renowned for its shops and wonderful restaurants .

Grand Cayman also offers a lot of activities like: scuba diving, snorkeling (in front of the condo!), fishing, golfing , stingrays .
Children won' t be left out : swim with dolphins , turtle farm , ....

Sports and activities: Our complex is almost next to the Mariott Beach resort , where you can enjoy water sports activities like jet ski , sailing, snorkeling... etc.
We are also steps away from a divers shop .

Shopping: We are also very close to the commercial boulevard of 7 mile beach (just far enough to be quiet) where you will find stores and restaurant. You can travel on this boulevard by a small tourist bus which can bring you downtown Georgetown in 2 minutes for $2!

NOTICE REGARDING CURRENT BEACH SITUATION:
A tropical disturbance formed adjacent to Grand Cayman in June 2022. This produced extremely strong tidal action that eroded the beach along most of the southern end of Seven Mile Beach. At this time, most of the sand has been eroded from the beach in front of our condo and the water is coming right up to our seawall, with underwater rocks exposed form the lack of sand. This beach situation occurs every few years and may return to normal by the action of winds and storms. It is still possible to swim in the ocean in front of the condo, but if you prefer a nice sandy beach, the nearest access to a sandy area for swimming is just a couple of minutes walk across the parking lot of a neighbouring property where you will find a public beach access that will bring you to a sandy section of beach where you can swim. All beaches are public in terms of walking or swimming, however, all facilities at all properties are private. Bars and restaurants at these properties, however, do welcome anyone.
Additionally, there is a very large public beach located about a 5 minute drive to the north, where you can find bathroom facilities as well as shaded cabanas etc. Loungers can also be rented.
Please note that as a guess at Tamarind Bay you obviously have access to the very inviting pool area for your use, with loungers, umbrellas, and 2 shaded cabanas. BBQ facilities are also adjacent to the pool area.
