Through the front door, you enter an open living room with a 65 inch smart tv, walk through the dining room or pool/game room, and the kitchen is the center of the house with the Florida room and sliding doors leading to the pool and patio area. On the "West side" of the house you have two available bedrooms and two bathrooms and on the "East side" of the house you have the Master bedroom and Jr Master bedroom with one bathroom. Truly a large house with ample space.

Access to the entire house and property, no other guests on the property. We have two locked storage closets which are not available, as they are "owner's storage". There is a fifth bedroom which is locked off, but can be made available to you for an extra charge.

We are often traveling however are always available to answer questions or resolve problems. We want you to have an awesome trip and visit!

A game room with a state of the art "old time arcade" featuring 60 classic arcade games (one or two player matching) including Pac Man", Space Invaders, and "Donkey Kong" with A life sized Connect four, comfortable couch, 55 inch smart TV, Alexa two Game chairs. We have an indoor pool table in the Billiard room, sparkling clean kitchen and dining room, wide foyer, central living room.

We also follow our "good neighbor" policy and do not permit loud music nor parties. We have great neighbors, they are the core that makes, our community unique.

The property is located in the exclusive Cypress Creek Community, You will be within walking distance of various bars and restaurants. Depending on what you like to do you can also enjoy the neighborhood by following the sidewalks through the meandering waterfront community of Cypress Creek. Whether you are enjoying an evening or morning walk, a bike ride, or both, you will enjoy the exclusive beauty our neighborhood offers.

The South Florida Tri-rail "Cypress Creek Station" is located about 3.1 miles
from the house. Tri rail gives you rail access to the rest of South Florida including North to Boca Raton and West Palm Beach. South to Fort Lauderdale International Airport as well as Miami International Airport. Take the Trirail to the Miami transfer station and connect to the Metro Rail, then Miami mover for downtown Miami.

All items in the kitchen, including an Air fryer and 3 position food warmer are for your use. There is also an air mattress and a set of clean sheets in the Florida room trunk for your use and comfort.
