Grand Panama Tower 1 - 3rd Floor Beach Front

We have recently upgraded and redecorated! While you are in your 3rd floor condo, you will have your choice of 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed and adjoins the second bathroom. Located in the entryway is a bunk bed set that sleeps two additional guests, and a sleeper sofa provides for even more sleep options. There are 3 flat screen LED smart TVs that stream YouTube TV, Roku TV, Disney+, and Netflix. The full kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware and cookware. Bath towels and linens are provided.

At Grand Panama there is plenty of room to spread out on Panama City Beach's legendary white powdery sand and crystal clear turquoise green waters. We include beach service with this rental (two beach chairs and a beach umbrella) for the full length of your stay. Then at the end of the day enjoy the wonderful steam room, sauna or hot tub. There is also a fitness facility onsite as well.

The room layout was overall spacious. It was well equipped with any appliances you may need. There are palm trees right outside the balcony, but honestly, we spent our time at the beach so that wasn’t a deal breaker. Ben, the owner, was super phenomenal and very responsive. I had a mild panic the first night at midnight or so, thinking the fridge wasn’t cooling. I sent Ben a message and he responded within ten to fifteen minutes. Suggested removing some items as it may be overly full and to let him know the morning. That was exactly the issue. I will say, there was no light on the balcony, so if you plan to read during the night, you may want a book light of some sort. The high top chairs and table on the balcony were nice. My husband and liked to eat breakfast and dinner out there. The property itself was nice, well kept, and had a Tiki Bar that was still open for the late season visitors. That was a plus. I would 10/10 stay here again. Thanks, Ben, for sharing your home with us!

We thoroughly enjoy our stay here and will definitely book this condo again. The location was great, everything in the condo was spot on and Ben was very easy to contact and got back to me as soon as I texted him. We loved the pool, it was always clean and access to the beach was very easy. Teh beds were extremely comfortable; the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The sofa is a little bit dated but that is my only complaint. Thanks Ben for a great stay.

Housekeeping is a joke

My family has stayed at GP for years. This year we decided to book with an "owner", avoid rental companies, bc we thought surely the owner will care more about the condition of his unit. While that was true in this case- the owner does care- sadly it didnt changed anything. The unit is just as dirty as any other, despite the reviews claiming "exceptional" and "so clean". There was sand on every surface, as well as food crumbs and drink rings (and hair and dust) indicating that they werent even wiped of, cleaning 101. The bed top blankets were covered in sand, visibly so. The cabinets had food splatters and smudges on them. I spent the first evening after our long drive buying cleaning supplies and shaking out bedding, including washing the comforter on the primary bed as it was so visibly dirty. I thought the towels were just stained but after washing a couple of them, realized it came right out...so maybe they are just folding up used towels and passing them off as clean? I dont blame the owner for this, it's housekeeping thats not doing their job. But if owners dont demand better, they and we as renters will continue to throw large cleaning fees at them for doing less than the bare minimum. The owner was very responsive and refunded our cleaning fee which i appreciated, but i was really expecting better. Do yourself a favor and DONT expect better. Plan to clean yourself and demand fees refunded. Its the only way to hold housekeeping responsible.

Spring Tournament

Pros: The location was great and check in process was very easy. The owner gave prompt instructions and was only a call away.Cons: Cleanliness was subpar at best. The floors were begging to be mopped and left the bottom of my kids socks were black from walking on them. When we got there, the temp was set at 75 and the condo smelled very musty. We ended up going to walmart the first night to buy plug in air fresheners as we waited for the A/C to cool the place down. The comforters on the beds had sand, hair, and dirt on them as if the cleaning crew threw them on the dirty floors while the changed the sheets. The towels in the bathrooms were clean but stained and needed to either be bleached or changed out badly.The view out the back patio could have been amazing if it wasn't for the large amount of palm trees blocking the view. Overall, the trip was great and if the few easy things were fixed, I would stay again.

Great Condo

We had a great week in this condo. The view was amazing! The condo was very well stocked, very clean. Just come put your bags down and start enjoying your vacation. We have stayed in many condo's at Grand Panama, but we will definitely be staying in this one again.

Great condo in perfect location!

We had a family of 6 and loved the layout and how spacious the condo was. We usually prefer rooms on the higher floors at the beach for the view but so thankful we chose this 3rd floor unit. Stairs were close and made going up and down so convenient when elevators were busy (which is often). The view was still phenomenal on the 3rd floor and balcony was amazing. If we needed anything or had any questions, Ben (owner) would answer almost immediately and made sure we were taken care of. Thanks for sharing your beautiful vacation home with our family, we loved it!

We loved staying here the owner is so quick to answer when needing something! He really is the nicest! The only complaint I could have is the palm trees kinda block the view. But being on the third floor sure helps with having to wait for the elevators! We would def stay here again we love this resort second year staying at this resort.

Condo owner was excellent to communicate with me. I was aware the condo was not ready when we arrived. The cleaning crew did not knock it out so I notified the owner. He was quick to refund the cleaning fee. My family enjoyed an amazing holiday week on the beach. As we were packing to leave, my daughter realized her glasses were missing. I notified the owner and he was so great to help. The cleaning crew found the glasses and we were able to pick them up that same day. Overall, this condo was a wonderful place to stay.

Great Stay

All was great, overlooked pool, the gulf and the sounds of the waves were so relaxing. The unit was all that we needed. Parking was a bit of a hassle But it is what it is. Would definitely stay there again.

Grandkids favorite place

This is the 3rd year in a row that we have stayed at the Grand Panama and with Ben the owner. I can’t say enough good about the owner. We have stayed at 2 different locations and both were excellent. If there is a downside to staying there it would be the elevators, you will spend some time waiting on them. However like I said this was the 3rd year in a row so it’s obviously worth the wait. We would definitely come back

Beautiful room

I loved the third floor with the ease of using the steps. The only thing is that the palm trees really block the beautiful view of the beach and pool.
