With tangerine sunsets glistening across the calm gulf waters, an afternoon boat ride is as easy as walking out your back door. Dolphin and manatee sightings are common. Deep water access, boat dock, nearby marina with fuel, bait and tackle shop, nearby waterfront restaurants and short boat ride to Cabbage Key (famous for Jimmy Buffet's 'Cheeseburger in Paradise'), make this large, spacious and well appointed villa your one stop vacation home away from home.

This is the developer unit with the largest fully equipped kitchen in the development. Dining accommodations for 12, living room with pull-out bedding, open views to water, 3 BR's, Den with additional pullout sleeping, 3 luxury baths, sleeps 10 comfortably. Wood floors, glass designer tile throughout, ample closet space, covered parking, with room for additional vehicles off street. Upper and lower decks overlook water view. Flat screen TV's, surround sound, cable, DVD, wireless internet service.

Annual Vacation Spot

We have stayed in this unit multiple times and love making memories with our family here. We enjoy fishing, swimming, and eating at the Marina. For us the house is set up for multiple generations or families to vacation comfortably. We will definitely book again in 2024.

Really great place to fish in Boca Grande

I bring my whole kitchen because I don’t trust that people don’t have things to cook with. Their kitchen was fully stocked, and they even had martini glasses, which I brought my own anyway because I bring my whole kitchen.

Absolutley gorgeous home in paradise

This home is huge and has everything you need, a fishermans paradise, boat is directly behind your home, marina is next door, so much to do, Cabbage key is a great stop for lunch, and caya costa is an awesome place to pull up in your boat and go to a beautiful beach, couldnt ask for more, excellent restaurant right next door, tiki bar and great pizza and italian place next door to publix

family vacation and our 25th anniversary

The place was very great but in the one bedroom upstairs it listed as 2 beds and there was only one with a trundle under it and that was hard for an adult to get down to it. But everything else was amazing and we love fishing down there.

Family vacation

Loved the property as usual. The home is wonderful and has everything you can imagine. If there is one small complain and it honestly has nothing to do with the home its the pool. Its is so hot that it really is not refreshing.

Great stay in Anglers Cove

We were very pleased with how clean the condo was. It is a perfect location for people who love to fish and boat in a great area. Neighbors were friendly and nice to talk with. For the owner I recommend that the shower in the main bedroom upstairs may be in need of repairs to the tile as there is water seeping out of the floor quite a while after the shower is used. This is probably water getting behind the stone tile in the shower. Also the TV in the great room does not work well with wifi for You Tube TV or Fubo TV. This could be updated. Some additional items that would have been nice to have would be bicycles. We enjoyed our stay and thank you for the use of your home. We are interested in buying in the area in the future so please let us know if you intend to sell this or other properties in the area. Thanks again.

Another great stay!

I have rented this unit from Kim several times, and it is always a pleasure to stay there. You can tell she takes pride in offering a high-quality experience, and I get the impression that her guests (like me) really appreciate it. Easy to forget items (laundry soap, trash bags, etc.) are usually left by the owner, or prior renters. Location is great, with a marina right next door. I have to say that I am impressed with the condition of the unit; it pretty much looks the same as it did when I first rented almost a decade ago. The only frustration (minor ones) I have had have been around the docking. Without assigned slips, you are at the mercy of the others to tie up in a way that makes room for your boat. The past two years, there has been a boat tied up directly behind this unit (where I should be tied up). But I haven't had an issue with others sliding down a piling or so to make room. It would just be nice if you didn't have to do that. My only suggestion for improvement would be the bedroom set up. There are two queens, a twin, and a futon. I'm doing a guys fishing trip, so that pretty much caps me at 4 people, although the sofa in the living room is HUGE. Maybe when it is time to replace the furniture, there is a way to put bunks in there in increase capacity. Obviously I love this place, as it is my first choice to stay when I go down there.

Summer Vacation

Beautiful property with a great location on the water by Gasparilla Marina. Perfect for boating and fishing. The townhouse was beautiful. Angler’s Club was a quiet location and we loved spending the week here. We have found our new favorite spot!

Tarpon Time

This was our first time back to Boca Grande in about five years. We have stayed in multiple places, in and outside of the Anglers Club community. This property is baby far our favorite. The location is perfect, with your boat right outside your back door. Folding my guide poles, I can back my trailer under the unit and still leave enough room for a second vehicle in the driveway (and don’t have to find a place to store your boat trailer!!!). I was surprised that the condition of the unit was so good given the fact that it is rented pretty steadily. We appreciated the higher end finishes and that it has been well maintained. My only suggestion for improvement would be to configure the rooms to sleep more adults. The master and downstairs bedrooms have queens, which is fine for couples, but you aren’t getting more than one adult male in there. The second bedroom upstairs has a twin (maybe increase to bunks?), and the futon in the den really make this set up good for four people (who aren’t couples). Other than than, there is plenty of room in the unit, and the three bathrooms are ample for larger groups. Highly recommend…just come outside of tarpon season so the unit is available when I want to rent it!!!

Perfect layout

We’ve stayed here a few times now. Always clean and welcoming. The layout with four bedrooms fits our family perfectly. Downstairs bedroom for the grandparents and separate twin beds for the teens upstairs. So many islands and beaches to explore by boat and can go back and forth for day trips and sunset cruises! Tarpon and snook abound!

well laid out

We enjoyed the condo. Spacious kitchen and roomy over all. Stylishly sleeps five in three bedrooms. Sleeps ten only by using the trundle mattress on the floor and the two convertible sofas. No mosquitos, but a few gnats. We enjoyed seeing alligators in the pond by the pool and a wild boars passing through the compound.
