The one bedroom provides a comfortable retreat, while the well-equipped kitchen invites you to whip up delicious meals. The living space is ideal for relaxation, whether you're watching a movie, playing games, or simply enjoying each other's company.

Nature’s Serenity: Immerse yourself in the serene ambiance of the on-site spring creek. Water toys and accessories are available for all ages along with local wildlife viewing. Whether you prefer a leisurely paddle or a calming moment by the water’s edge, our property provides a picturesque setting to connect with nature.

Relax and Rejuvenate: After a day of adventure, return to your home-away-from-home and soothe your muscles in the sauna—a perfect way to unwind.

•COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Spring Creek access on- site, ample life vests, fishing on-site, barrel sauna (towels provided), huge yard, picnic pavilion, wildlife viewing, and yard games (bocce ball, golf toss and corn hole).

•KITCHEN: Fully equipped, cooking basics, spices, drip coffee maker, dishware/flatware, paper towels/trash bags blender, toaster.

•INDOOR LIVING: Smart TV w/ cable, dining table.

•GENERAL: Linens/towels, washer/dryer, window air conditioning unit, ceiling fan, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, keyless entry.

•PARKING: Driveway (2 vehicles), boat and RV parking available upon approval.

•Please observe a MAXIMUM of 15mph speed limit when entering the vacation rental premises.

•FAQ: Step-free access, single-story studio.

•Maximum of two pets, with each pet weighing no more than 35 pounds. Breeds not allowed: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Staffordshire Terriers, Presa Canarios, Chow Chows, Akitas, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos.

•ADDT'L ACCOMMODATIONS: Three additional properties are available on-site, each with separate nightly rates:
i) 3-bedroom for 8 guests
ii) 3-bedroom for 7 guests
iii) 2-bedroom for 6 guests.

-Hygiene: 1 individual travel sized (Bergman Kelly-Tropical Waterfall) soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion | 2 Make up remover packets | Eye masks - 1 per bathroom
-Household: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom | 6 extra trash bags (typically under kitchen sink)
-Kitchen: Salt and Pepper | 2 rolls of paper towels | dishwasher tablets/liquid | liquid dish soap | 1 Sponge | miscellaneous cookware and utensils
-Laundry: laundry detergent pods/liquid
-Bathroom: Tub/shower - typically provided: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, lotion.

The overall property offers common access to the spring feed creek, the sauna, firepits, yard games (bocce ball, golf toss, and corn hole), parking, and a huge yard with picnic pavilion. Three of the properties have private decks/patios and fire pits for the exclusive use of the renting guests of that property.

1. Upon booking a reservation, persons with disability-related needs for animals must request a waiver of policies prohibiting animals or fees/costs for animals and receive approval prior to bringing the animal to the site. Once approved, guests must comply with applicable laws and site rules applicable to animals. Please request the form when you make your reservation.

2. PMI Realty Management NW requires all bookings/reservations to include a $79 Damage waiver paid by the guest at the time of booking. This fee cannot be waived. Damage Protection provides travelers with the coverage they need in case of accidental damage during their stay.
2.1 PMI Realty Management NW offers trip insurance, we suggest that you purchase trip insurance. You may purchase this add-on upon completing the booking.

3. If you are traveling during the Winter season; we highly recommend having a 4x4 or AWD vehicle or snow tires as weather conditions can be unpredictable. Road conditions do vary, it is advisable to check the MT Road Report.

Perfect little place

Nice and quiet little place to stay in a nice neighborhood. Nice clean property and our kids enjoyed paddle boarding, kayaking, and pedal boating on the creek.

Spring Creek

The house was great and it was the right distance from Glacier National Park. Also, being located on Spring Creek was a plus since we brought our kayaks.

Peaceful

Place was very clean and perfect for me and my sister to get away from noise. we used the paddle boat and sat by the river a lot. very peaceful!

Beautiful spot on stream to watch waterfowl and otters. Great firepit and amenities associated with stream. Very comfy and rural. Bed needs some oil. Very squeaky.

Great place to stay!

Apartment was great! Location was great also. Didn't have to drive anywhere once we parked the car which is always good. Short walk to anything. Enjoyed eating on the balcony. Kitchen facilities were top notch and so was the TV and stereo. Highly recommended. We will be coming back.
