INFO: THE OWNERS HAVE CREATED A VIDEO OF THE HOUSE—ENJOY :-)
The house is located in Calonge, a small, typical Spanish village. It is furnished with traditional Spanish furniture. It features a TV (satellite) and a radio. The pool measures 8 x 4 m (saltwater electrolysis). There are two beautiful golf courses nearby. The sea is about 4 km from the house. The beach at St. Antoni de Calonge captivates visitors with its long promenade, lined with countless bistros and shops of every size and type. A walking and biking path runs right along the sea. Parking for 2 cars. Salt electrolysis—what is it? Here’s the answer: Salt water electrolysis produces chlorine using slightly salty water. As the salty water flows through the electrolysis cell, the salt is converted into sodium hypochlorite (liquid chlorine)
. This chlorine oxidizes, disinfects, and eliminates all organic matter in the water. On its way back into the pool, the liquid chlorine reverts to salt.
There is an alarm system. Securitas Direct.
