Aloha and welcome,

We invite you to come and relax in our cottage with a tropical garden and private entrance, as well as a view of Haleakala Mountain.

This is a beautiful, resort quality environmentally green built, private cottage.
We are a legally licensed with the County of Maui, occupancy is for 2 people only.

Here you will have your own privacy and a garden.
Ideal Honeymoon accommodation.
We are 1 block from some of the best beaches on Maui.

Tiled floors, dual pained windows and quite split level air-conditioning in the living room and bedroom.
Granite counter tops and full kitchen amenities including a dishwasher.
A comfortable King size bed.
Custom full shower. High speed Wireless internet.

Decor in the cottage is tropical and modern.
The cottage is walled and separate , away from our main house for full privacy.
There are soft ambient garden lights at night and a water fountain.
Also a private outdoor shower.
The cottage has its own parking area off of the street with a shade awning.
We provide, boogie boards, beach mats, cooler, umbrella and chairs.



Amenities: custom lighting and ceiling fans. AC in living room and bedroom.
Full cable HD TV. Full kitchen, Stove oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Coffeemaker, coffee grinder and blenders. Matching crockery. Water filter. Cooking utensils provided. Cotton matching linens. King bed , iron and ironing board. Towels and beach towels provided. Washer, dryer, Gas Grill (BBQ). Wireless internet.

Activities: Walking distance to shops and restaurants, movie theater, beach ,park surfing lessons and food trucks.


A portion of your stay is donated to Maui Rescue Mission which is an outreach that helps families and individuals on Maui with no housing.
Check in is at 3pm to allow us time to thoroughly clean between guests.
Check out is 11am.

We had an amazing stay at this cottage in Kīhei! The cottage was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The host was wonderful, responsive, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process, making everything easy from check-in to check-out. The location was great, and we truly felt at home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Maui. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!

The garden cottage is absolutely wonderful! The location is amazing, just a 3 minute walk from the South Maui Gardens with basically unlimited choices of what to eat. We ate lunch or dinner at one of the food trucks there at least 5 times during our 4 day stay, and still felt like we missed out. The unit itself was very tidy and clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The shed with the coolers, chairs, umbrella, beach gear, etc., was wonderful.

We absolutely loved our time at the cottage. It is in a perfect location, central to all of the major sites a Maui traveler might visit, as well as is in walking distance to the beach and some of the best food on the island! Janine was amazing and made sure we knew everything we needed to and was very helpful with any needs we had. The cottage provides you with lots of extra bonuses (ac, tv, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc.) which made our time in Maui that much better! We highly recommend this to anyone coming to Maui!

This was a FANTASTIC stay! Excellent amenities, very clean, and the location is walkable to so many fun things in Kīhei including the beach. Beach gear was also there and super helpful! Would 100% stay at this location again!

Amazing stay as described! The host was also so kind as to allow early check in for us. The kitchen is very well stocked with cookware, there is beach gear provided, laundry available on site, and the outdoor shower was awesome. Good location as a home base for exploring multiple areas of the island. It is close to Kalama Park for outdoor recreation and there are a few beaches within a 15 minute walk (Charley Young Beach was very nice!). Would definitely stay again!

Finding this VRBO was such a score. It’s within walking distance to great food, as well as the beach. It was meticulously clean and we loved hanging in the patio area, enjoying the lovely garden. Our stay was exceptional - it was the perfect place to support our adventures to beaches in South Maui. We would stay again in a heart beat!

Want to badmouth this place so it’s always available to me but I can’t. ABSOLUTELY loved it. Would give it 10 stars if I could.Favorite parts are outdoor shower(with hot water!) and location, location, location. Beautiful kitchen and patio(lanai) and slept like a baby it was so quiet.Did I mention location?

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book this property again. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which made for a great night's sleep after long days of exploring.The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed, and there was plenty of beach gear available for guests to use. We especially loved the beautiful garden area with its outdoor shower and fountain—it was such a peaceful and relaxing space to unwind.The bathroom was thoughtfully equipped with a full-size hair dryer and flat iron, which was a nice touch. There were also plenty of towels provided.The location was excellent, close to beaches, restaurants, and everything we wanted to do. Overall, this was one of the most comfortable and well-equipped vacation rentals we've stayed in. Highly recommended!

Very clean and well cared for property. Wonderfully furnished with everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Beach chairs, small coolers and snorkel gear were a nice value added bonus. We enjoyed the 5 minute easy walk to the beach and local restaurants. Would definitely like to stay here again.

This house was perfect. It had everything we needed and more. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. It is a short walk to restaurants and grocery stores. I would not hesitate to stay in this property again.

This is a fantastic cottage in the perfect location with top notch hosts. They have thought of literally every single amenity we could have needed. Everything was very high quality and clean. We loved how walkable it was to the beaches and restaurants but also set in a quiet private location. The lanai was so peaceful with gorgeous landscaping and fountains. Stay here if you can!

Our second stay in this beautiful cottage was just as wonderful as the first time! The cottage is spotless and has everything you need to have a perfect vacation. The most comfortable bed, awesome shower with plush bath towels and the fully supplied kitchen clearly shows that Janine is the perfect host. Communication with Janine is always outstanding as well! The outdoor private shower and surrounding garden is a wonderful oasis to return to after a day at the beach that is only a short walk away. There is great beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, umbrella and beach mats supplied as well. Thank you Janine for another perfect stay!!We can’t wait to return again!!Ivan and Barb

Every thing was beyond our expectations, kitchen was fully staffed with everything you could imagine. Cottage was close to the beach and restaurants. Giving 5 stars hardly seems enough, we were very pleased with everything and would definitely stay here again
