The spaciousness of this 2-bedroom, 2-bath suite provides ample room for relaxation and enjoyment. The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed, while the second room offers a cozy queen bed. In the living room, there`s a brand new sofa bed that provides additional sleeping space.

Step into the beautifully appointed living area, furnished with modern decor and designed for comfort. - No parties or events of any kind are permitted on or within the premises unless agreed upon. Failure to abide by this rule could lead to immediate eviction and a $1,000 fine.
- No additional sound equipment of any kind may be used at or within the premises. Any noise complaint callouts or fines will be charged back to you as the guest.
- The maximum occupancy of the property must not be exceeded at any time. Failure to abide by this rule could lead to immediate eviction and a $1,000 fine.
- The number, type and size of pets will not exceed the Pet Policy in the listing description. Failure to abide by this rule could lead to immediate eviction and a $1,000 fine.
- Any noise related, parking related or other strata related fines deemed to be the cause of the guest(s) will be charged back to you as the guest.
- The parking stipulations listed in the Listing Description and Check In Instructions document will be adhered to.
- If applicable please watch for the snow removal crew and move your vehicle(s) out of the way so that they can clear the parking area.
- If you notice any problems or damage to the property upon your arrival, please notify us immediately.
- The cost of any excessive cleaning, including removal of garbage & recycling (charged at a rate of $45/hour) as well as any damage deemed to be caused by the guest(s) will be deducted from the damage deposit.
- If after your stay we discover that the hot tub has been contaminated enough to require a water change, then you will be charged a minimum of $200.
- All garbage & recycling must be removed from the unit and taken to either the designated bins in the building (if available) or the Big White Transfer Station.

The condo itself was clean, bright and cheerful It was well represented in the photos It had everything we needed, all major appliances, and a washer and dryer The two bedroom two bathroom unit was perfect for our family, and the amenity centre was incredible. Parking was easy, and the view was lovely. I would highly recommend it and will stay again

Good stay

Overall very good. There were a few minor issues but manager response and resolution was very good. Parking for more than 1 car can be an issue

Family Gathering

Really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect to be close to family who live in Westbank. The unit had everything we needed and the view was spectacular. The facilities were outstanding however we were rudely told by a resident that we were not allowed to utilize the facilities unless we were an extended 30 day plus guest. We politely packed up our bbq and went back to our condo. Otherwise this is definitely a place I’d stay at again!

Great shorter getaway with many amenities on site.

My kids and I enjoyed our stay. The building with all the amenities was awesome - pool/hottub/billiards/table tennis/tennis/chess and checkers/basketball/pickleball/BBQs. The unit itself was a modest 2 bedroom unit on top floor which was nice. Great views and sweet deck. The two bathroom sinks need to be unplugged as the water would not go down Laundry is in hallway bathroom closet. Unfortunately I left my phone cord plugged in teh wall and the effort has been minimal to get it back to me. Overall I would stay here again especially for the amenities alone.

Overall the condo was tired/dated compared to the pictures posted. I thought that the view was over the pool which was partly why I chose this unit, but its view is a dirt parking lot. This was not really their fault, more my assumption (hope) when looking at the pics. Generally it was clean and tidy, just needs some tlc.

NIGHTMARE dealing with Hosts of this property!

From the time we tried to enter building to leaving the hosts of this VRBO where RUDE and very UNPROPHESIONAL. If I was the owner of this VRBO I would be looking for new management. But the sad thing about this is that the HOSTS probably own the place. We had issues with the code getting into property. I had to have someone who lived there buzz us in. The apartment looked nice but there we only a few minor issues: Blind in Master Bedroom was stuck and wouldn't close, TV wouldn't work, kept saying no source and shower head was broken and fob was broken. These things could have been resolved very quickly and courteously. But instead I had rude remarks and comments, even asking me to fix the blinds myself which we tried. When I texted the HOST with these minor issues all I got was we have never had anyone complain before and made me feel like everything was my fault. He was very rude and insolent. The welcome letter said that if we had any issues just let them know and this is what I did and they could have been fixed very quickly. They did fix the shower head and blinds and fob the next day which was great but they wouldn't help me out with the tv saying if I didn't know how to work it go **** it! Which was very unprofessional and rude. I had to ask a friend who lived about 1 hour away to come and look at the tv. First the router was not hooked up properly, the batteries in remote where dead and the tv you had to have your own access to NETFLIX, PRIME or APPLE.

This review is completely disingenuous. We have had hosted dozens of guests across multiple booking at this property this summer and no issues until Angie arrived. The minor issues she raised were all resolved within 12 hours of her arrival (the next morning). The blinds were drawn (just required a bit of effort) shower head was replaced (small gasket had cracked), the tv remote batteries were changed and the door buzzer was tested (there was no issue with the buzzer). Also the tv was turned on, set to the proper input AND was left on. She still could not figure out how to work it. We will add that we have no idea what she intended to put in her “****” remarks but no such derogatory comment was ever made. Lastly we will note that we have hosted thousands of guests over the years across all the properties we manage and simply do not have the issues we did with this guest. She won’t be welcome back.
