We had a wonderful stay in this condo. It was very clean and extremely well stocked with the day to day things we needed (kitchen utensils, laundry and dish soap, even beach toys!). The view of the beach from the patio was beautiful. We hope to stay here again in the future

Great vacation

Our family had a great time. Villa Coyoba is a nice place to stay, very family oriented. 403 was perfect for us, very clean, and comfortable. It had really nice touches throughout. Weve been looking for a place to come back to consistently, this is it.

What a view!

This property was wonderful! The pictures really don't do it justice! It is a short walk to the pool or beach. Lots to do within a few minutes. Great stay!

Beautiful condo in perfect location

This is a beautiful condo located right on the beach in Destin. The checkin was easy and we had 2 reserved parking spots. The condo itself was nicely furnished and well maintained. Our favorite part was the spacious balcony with lots of patio furniture and a perfect view. We would definitely stay again.

August 2015 Stay

We absolutely loved pur stay at 403. We made lots of wonderful memories in Destin! It was definitely the nicest condo that we have ever stayed in. It was the perfect size for 7 adults and 3 kids. The view was breathtaking and we are already planning for a return trip!

Location was great. Easy access to shopping and things to do. Beautiful oceanfront condo. Convenient parking under building and building size was great. Short wait for elevators, great pool and great beach service! Will come again

Property was as advertised. We had a wonderful time. It was especially satisfying because, the private beach, the unit was large for the family to have plenty of room and the kitchen had the right untensils to make cooking-in easy.

Family Beach Vacation

Property was exactly as pictured but pictures do not do Justice to the amazing views from this condo. Great space for all of us (9 adults, a toddler and infant) . Had everything we needed even for the infant. Wonderful to be right on the beach . Would highly recommend.

Dreamy Destin

Villa Coyaba was absolutely beautiful!! Huge condo, our family of 5 was able to spread out. The views from the balcony were breathtaking! We saw so many dolphins everyday! The pool was nice and warm. The ocean was crystal clear. It’s a vacation my family and I will never forget! We felt like we were at home. We are definitely going to return in the near future! Jane S.

Family oriented space

The unit we stayed in was very nice. It is definitely on our list for a return stay. Very family oriented. Great pool space for kids when the ocean isn’t cooperating. (Ie. double red flags). My only complaint is that I’d like to see easier access to ocean from 1st floor without having to go thru two gates with access codes. I can see one but two? Other than that , the unit was terrific.

My Birthday at the Beach

This stay was overshadowed by faulty electricity issues with this condo! I called the managing company 2 days..Sunday May 12th and Thursday May 16th..I did not call the managing company the morning we left. ALL 3 days we lost air conditioning, washer dryer use and all electrical sockets in one bedroom didn’t work…family that use CPAP had to move bedrooms 2 days! Also random lights and appliances in the kitchen would not work! VERY DISRUPTIVE and clearly issues that the management company could not handle! I would NOT recommend this unit!

Dirty over all, stained furniture, ect…

Stayed here due to all the great reviews. Upon arrival we noticed a sink full of toaster crumbs, and an over feeling of a tired unit. After settling in noticed all the rugs were stained. Tile floors not very clean, kitchen counters not deep cleaned. Dish washer was still full of hot dishes not fully ran. All dishes in cabinets were hazy and dirty. We rewashed all the dishes and they came out clean. Both fabric shower curtains had an unacceptable level of yuck on them. The rugs hadn’t even been properly vacuumed, we even found a cotton ball left on the floor. The bathrooms were decently cleaned besides the curtains. We only used one bed, those linens were clean but the decorative throws on the end had stains on those. We did call immediately to let property manager know of our findings. They were friendly and responsive and offered to send a cleaning person out next day. I was a little shocked at the high price per night that they didn’t send someone out immediately. Although they called me back Promptly and were also friendly, there was nothing they could do about the gross furniture and rugs. That obviously needs a professional steam cleaning which they cannot fix while we are staying there for 4 nights. So in order for us to be comfortable we had to lay down towels on the spots we wanted to sit down on. In addition to these problems with the units. The beach attendant was not always in attendance, I had chairs reserved, sat my shoes on them and went for a quick walk. Came back to find my shoes on the sand and someone took my chairs to use them. They did not even appear to be from this condo unit so I went for help, no attendant was present even though it was 3pm and they should have been. Property manager also agreed there should have been someone there. While the property manager is very friendly with their guests they seem to lack accountability with their staff and they also lack quality control measures. Another problem said they could not help with is a neighbor smoking on a balcony. Multiple times we had to go inside it was so smokey.

Beautiful property!

Villa Coyaba is my favorite property in the area. I always look for the most updated property, unit 403 was as beautiful as shown in photos. With great outdoor seating to soak in the stunning gulf view.

Place was beautiful. Right on the beach. Was perfect for 7 of us. Pool a great addition.

I would definitely book here again. It was easy to book, check in was simple. Convenient for walking or use an Uber for places to go and see or eat.
