This luxury 3-bedroom, 3 1/2 bath condo will spoil you, both with the bright beachy décor and the fabulous recreational amenities offered at Waterscape. The lush tropical resort boasts of 500 feet of premiere beachfront, plus a family paradise with its Lay-Z-River, multiple pools, zero-entry splash areas, 10-foot waterfalls, and more. Other perks include a fitness center, gas grills, hot tubs, and a snack bar.

This condo sleeps 10 and has a king suite, two queen suites with private bathrooms, a twin bunk area, and queen sleeper sofa. Each suite has direct balcony access making this an ideal gathering spot for multiple generations or groups of friends. The fully stocked kitchen is beautifully appointed with a stunning blue-vein granite lacquered countertop and stainless appliances. Of course who wants to stay indoors when you have a massive wrap-around balcony with generous seating for a front-row view of both sunrises and sunsets?!

Other features include the "Clean Coverlet Program" for freshly laundered linens (including comforters and coverlets), washer/dryer, hair dryers, a Keurig and coffee pot. We also include complimentary beach service for our guests (in season).

Family vacation

We loved Waterscape. There was so much to do. We didn’t have to leave the property for anything. Everyone was so nice and helpful.

Awesome stay

We loved our stay! The views were spectacular and the pool/beach access was so convenient. It was a hike from the parking garage if we needed to use the car or buy groceries but there were carts to help carry stuff back to the room. I wish there had been map or some info sheet in the room but we asked around about certain things (i.e. where's the heated pool?). Overall, great stay and would stay again!

Wonderful condo

Had an issue with some of the blinds being slow to lower but reported the problem. It was a wonderful stay and we would love to book again next year.

Amazing Views!

Reviewer Comments: Upscale condo with a large peaceful wraparound balcony which is accessible from 2 bedrooms and the main living area offering stunning unobstructed views which are great for dolphin spotting, sunrises and sunsets. The balcony furniture had lounge chairs and a bar table on the east and west sides. The views are unmatched and you can be at the resort pools or beach within minutes. This beautiful condo on the fourth floor has the best of both worlds, it is conveniently situated within walking distance to a few restaurants such as AJ’s, The Steamer and has a snack shack operated by Fudpuckers on site. The oversized master bedroom has a king sized overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with breathtaking views, there is a door from the master bedroom to the balcony. There is a large en-suite bathroom off the master bedroom with a spacious walk in shower, double vanity with lots of counter space and a soaking tub. The second and third bedrooms, have their own bathrooms giving the occupants their own en-suites. The kitchen with granite counter tops is fully equipped with high end appliances including a Keruig, regular coffee machine, toaster etc. including dinner and serve-ware. We have been coming to Waterscape for several years and this unit was by far the best condo we have ever rented. You can’t go wrong there!!!

Million Dollar Stay!

From the very beginning where we started the process of booking, through the very end! Friendly cust service!The location is perfect! The waterscape property itself is an excellent choice for families, and everyone had a great time! Even those without kids, had a blast! The view was certainly "Million Dollar"! These owners take great pride in their unit & it shows! The tiniest details have been thought of! Even the pots n pans are that gorgeous turquoise color! There were plenty of activities from waterscape, that the kids enjoyed, including a "dive in movie" and "glow dance party", and even a pirate scavenger hunt! The cleanliness of the entire property was excellent! Conveniently located in close proximity to local restaurants, grocery, etc. We will definitely recommend this to friends/family and we will return again! The dolphins were seen from our balcony and also the beach, nearly daily! Beautiful walk to the pier, shopping from the beach at the boardwalk was great too! We did have 1 rain day, contemplated going to the aquaraium, 2 mins away, but there were several board games, and we chose to have family game time! Our family typically reserves a whole house, but the view here couldnt be passed up! That said we still had plenty of room, and seating! Loved that everyone had a beautiful view from their room & access to that stunning wrap around balcony! We joked as we were making the trek from the parking garage to the unit, as the first time, it felt like we kept going & going & going, and I kept telling them, "nothing but the best for you guys", but the wows when we entered were unanimous! Very worth the extra walk from the car! The nice part about the parking area, is there were carts to utilize for groceries in addition to bellhop carts for luggage. Made it very simple to haul it all in! LOVED Our entire vacation here! W
