Very well maintained and clean. Comfortable space with modern kitchen and great roof patio. Quiet neighborhood with many shops and restaurants nearby. We needed some help to learn the correct way to unlock the door, all was fine after that. Could not find any TV in English.

The apartment is clean and quiet. It is nice using the lift for our luggage. We felt safe in the surrounding neighborhood and it is easy to catch a taxi or walk to other areas. The host is friendly and communicates well.

Very nice place to stay

Clean and quite place. There is a very nice rooftop place with table and chairs. Given nice weather, it is a pleasant surprise.

Great Location

We were met by the host and explained everything about the apartment, he then took time to tell us about all the attractions. We loved getting food and eating on the balcony. Thanks for a great stay!!

Super Location And An AWESOME Owner

The home was comfortable and offered the basics you may need. The rooftop deck was great and we used it every night to wind down and review all that we did for the day.The property was extremely secure and my wife and I felt very comfortable walking around the area. There are several very nice restaurants within 1-2 blocks of the property. If you reserve this unit, you'll love the communication with the owner.

Home Away from Home

Comfortable apartment centrally located in Barcelona. Great restaurants nearby and just a 20 minute walk from Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas. I would recommend definitely recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay in Barcelona for a time.

Great location

We loved this location as it was an easy walk to many attractions or if you prefer the Metro is a quick 3 blocks away. Our host Angel, met us at a later check in due to flight delay and was very friendly and easy to work with. If you want to be near the action but not too close, this is an excellent option.

Lovely, comfortable apartment in amazing Barcelona

This is a beautiful place, plenty of space for us, with a great kitchen, plenty of light, and quite safe. We loved sitting on the terrace in the evening. Easy walk to groceries and metro stops. Our host was very responsive and friendly.

Beautiful and quiet upper floor apartment in Barcelona

The apartment was as expected and perfect for our family. The neighborhood was quiet, safe,Close enough to walk to tourist areas, with great restaurants and secure off street private parking. We had a little difficulty finding parking area due to construction and what we initially thought was a pedestrian only street, but the host was very kind and helped direct us to the parking and walked us into the apartment. He even gave us recommendations for local restaurants. We highly recommend booking this apartment!

my favorite kind of stay: quiet but lively part of town, easy to get places, good dinner across the street. super nice host who didn’t get made when i was later than i said. cute outside porch which we didnt use.

Best property we stayed in during our trip in Europe.Everything about this property is just awesome.First the host is great Mr Fidel is a very charming fellow with good English and very helpful and gave us some great tips,his apartment is very clean modern has 2 rooms big bathroom Kitchen is fully equipped with everything and the apartment is in good location.

Charming apt in Barcelona

I stayed at this apartment and everything was as good or better than expected. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The highlight for me was the rooftop patio. Fidel was very welcoming and helpful, and the apt was really close to a good Metro stop, and just a few minutes ride to the city center. I highly recommend this place, and would stay here again if my travels bring be back to the lovely city of Barcelona.

Comfortable Stay in Barcelona

Our family enjoyed our stay in Barcelona. Although the flat is not located in the city center, the subway system is a short walking distance away. Being unfamiliar with the area, our greatest challenge was locating the flat and the garage upon our arrival; however, this was not the fault of the owner. Fidel was always very helpful and answered in a timely manner. If you're on the search for a comfortable flat for five people in a safe neighborhood and with a reliable owner, this is the perfect fit!

What a great apartment!

During our 2 week trip to Spain, this was our favorite apartment. It was spacious, updated, clean, and attractive. Beautiful hardwood floors and attractive tile in the kitchen and bathroom. Every room has a new window that opens, letting in fresh air and lots of light. The kitchen had a big refrigerator and nice stove. There was ample storage space in the bedroom, and the TV was great. We felt very safe in this quiet neighborhood. The location was desirable, close to three metro stations. The owner was friendly and easy to work with. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Convenient location and good value!

My two children and I stayed here for three nights during our stay in Barcelona. The apartment was located in convenient location - in Eixample. The neighbourhood itself is a more working class area and not overly touristy. However, it is located 3 blocks from the metro which can get you to more central locations very quickly. The apartment was clean and very functional and the air conditioning unit was a big help given how hot Barcelona was in August. The owners were very helpful and even left us a bottle of wine as a welcome gift! The owners also left a great list of recommendations for restaurants and other things you might need. We highly recommend the Pizza place - Gioconda - just outside the apartment. We enjoyed a couple of meals there - good food and very reasonable price. I would also agree that the apartment was quiet at night. The rooftop patio is a nice extra treat. So, while the apartment is not big on "character", it was clean, safe, comfortable, and good value for us! We would stay here again and recommend it for others as well.

The property is satisfactory. Fidel, the host was very nice and accommodating. I cannot recommend it for a winter stay as it was generally cold and there is only heat in the living / dining area and bathroom. Not adequate even in those spaces to make it cozy. It was fine for sleeping but not for hanging out. Not a great place for people who may want to cook more heating things up. The kitchen is old and stocked with old and worn cookware and accessories. Coffee mugs for example are chipped and stained. Instructions for the oven, washer and heating system would have been helpful. The oven is a mystery. The microwave only operated for one minute at a time on high. There is no dryer (unless you count clothes lines). The property would be vastly improved with some instructions, recommendations for markets and restaurants (Fidel has great ones but we had to ask), and some simple upgrades like a new microwave and coffee mugs. All this being said, we had a wonderful trip because the location is perfect and it’s Barcelona! The unit is clean and can be very comfortable, the building is clean and quiet, and the terrace would be great in the right weather. I would stay again but not in winter.

My wife is a teacher and I am an air traffic controller. I like cycling on the countryside. We love traveling around the world.

It was my first house in Barcelona where I was very happy, I started to know Barcelona from there. I think it's a really good apartment from where my customers can go easily to the main city sites due to it's adequate central location.

It is a quiet place in the middle of Barcelona. It's very well communicated and you can walk to the main places. It's very close to the Barcelona's fair. There's a quality restaurant crossing the street, but there are many more recommended restaurants around. If you like cooking there's the Ninot market and specials shops like Jamonísimo near by. It takes only 15 minutes to the airport by a taxi or an airport bus.
