The property was not left very clean. The floors were pretty dirty. We took our socks off and they were black on the bottom.

Awesome place

This is an awesome place. It was not as clean as I expected when I got there, but a wipe down of counters and a sweeping and mopping did the trick. There were a few minor problems, but they were addressed within minutes. My family loved it and we will definitely be booking this again. Thanks!

Everything was excellent, just had a little bit of confusion as far as a check in time. I know it was at 4 o’clock. We were there a little bit earlier and I had reached out previously to see if we could get in earlier and I know there was a cost involved. Somebody was supposed to get back to us and never really did and then the door opened exactly at 4 o’clock.

Pontos positivos: Limpeza, check-in e localização
We were generally pleased with our stay. One issue I had was that the listing was a bit misleading, showing a particular espresso machine in the listing. Given the vast amount of similar options in the area, we booked this listing thinking that coffee maker was a nice adder for us to enjoy. That particular coffee maker was not at the house. When I reached out about this, I was told they would drop it off in the house that day and that never happened. Overall the place was nice, but that inaccuracy was fairly disappointing.

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback. I’m really glad to hear that you enjoyed the home overall, but I completely understand your disappointment regarding the espresso machine. I’m so sorry that it wasn’t available as shown in the listing, and that our follow-up fell short when we said we’d deliver one during your stay. That certainly isn’t the experience we want our guests to have. We’ve already shared your feedback with our team to ensure the listing accurately reflects what’s provided in the home moving forward. Thank you again for taking the time to let us know, and we do hope you’ll consider staying with us again so we can provide the seamless experience you expected.
