It features a scenic wooded area with immediate access to Northstar's network of hiking and mountain biking trails right outside your door. Having two full bathrooms is convenient, and it provides extra privacy and less stress for families or groups getting ready. The corner location provides extra privacy, with easy, ground-level access and free parking directly in front of the unit. The on-demand resort shuttle whisks you to Northstar Village and the Northstar Golf Course in about three minutes. The location was beautiful and the condo was clean and comfortable. We were even allowed to check in early. However, there was a daily, per person fee to use the recreation center.

just what we needed for a 3 night 4 day stay. was clean and comfortable had everything we needed even has a crock pot and a instant pot. we didn't use them we had a tight time schedule. john is on it when you ask a question will stay again

It was close to the slopes, and walking distance to restaurants and bars. Very quiet and clean. The house John was so nice and helpful. We will definitely be booking with him again.

The place is run down, Furnace very noisy and woke me up all night long. Bed comfortable. Location good. I would not recommend or go back.

The owner of the condo is very direct and quick to respond to questions both by phone and email. Condo is located in a pleasant area. The inside was also pleasant and comfortable.

Great location!

Nice property very close to the Northstar village. The shuttle picks you up a few steps away from the unit. Well stocked kitchen. The host is very nice, communicates well before and during the trip. Would recommend the place strongly.

Idle days and relaxation

Had a wonderful relaxing couple of days with my son and his GF. It’s her first time to northern CA so he wanted to show her Tahoe. John’s place was perfect - spacious, comfortable living space with all that we needed - a great landing spot in Tahoe. The only down side for them was the separate twin beds - too heavy to scoot together :). Would definitely stay here again!

Gold Bend Condo's

We selected Gold Bend Condos for our two-day snowboarding trip to Northstar, and it turned out to be a great choice. The condo was ideally located, just a short distance from the resort, making it convenient for our group of three. We found the unit to be comfortably heated, and the added convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer was a real bonus. Additionally, the shuttle service to the resort was incredibly convenient, making it easy to get to the slopes without any hassle.
