This family run bungalow has 3 beds and 2 full baths. There are two living spaces to spread out and relax. The beautifully updated kitchen features an eat-in dinette for easily talking with and enjoying the other members in your party. There is a separate office space as well as in-house laundry. The backyard features a fully fenced in yard.

Great set up and location. We were able to bring our dogs and they had a fully fenced in yard just like at home which helped them feel comfortable while traveling. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything you could need. There was a water main break but it was super easy to communicate with the host and the break was fixed quickly and didn’t interfere with our plans. The only issues, which were very minor was the main bathroom tub doesn’t drain well so water pools throughout the shower and lingers for a few hours. The other thing was working the TV, logging int streaming accounts was easy but figuring out how to navigate with the remotes took some time, so directions could have helped. Again, very minor things overall. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again!

Christmas Stay

The property was very clean and nicely decorated for the holiday. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend this to friends and family and stay there again myself.

Comfy, Roomy & Close to HOF

We enjoyed our stay here in the early winter. The house was very comfortable and easily accessible from a quiet side street off Broad. The neighborhood is nice for walks and you can walk to the HOF in a few minutes. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely stay here again! Also there was a nice yard for the dogs with a fence, but we decided not to bring them this trip.

Warm environment

We enjoyed our time in the home. The home was clean and inviting. Only drawback was the stairs were steep and no handrails outside for our mother and aunt. I would visit this home and.

Home away from home

We were so comfortable that it felt like home. The dog loved it as much as us even if he was crated. I would definitely stay here again. The shower had great water pressure but needed a grab bar. Other than that it was perfect!! Thank you for a great stay!!

Mostly great family getaway!

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean with nice upgrades and amenities. The location is very convenient. I loved being able to bring my small dog with me. However, the main issue I had with this property is the extremely steep driveway. We have a large SUV and we could hardly park in the driveway. So we parked on the street while I was there, which was not optimal since I had to get my infant out while parked on a busy road. The other two issues we had was the fireplace left a very strong ash smell in the living room, some days it was worse than others, but it was strong nonetheless. Also, the wooden dowels on the kitchen chairs kept popping out while you sat in them. You can tell this had been tried to be repaired at some point because the dowels had wood glue on them. I was thankful they didn’t break while we sat in them. But like I said, overall, my family enjoyed our stay here!

Great home for our needs

We had lived in Ohio for most of our lives so knew the location of the home close to the Hall of Fame would be perfect for us to visit dear friends and family and attend the high school graduation. But the large, privacy-fenced backyard with blooming perennials, outdoor table & chairs, grill, and lighting was a delightful surprise. Our Springer Spaniel was in heaven. Hubby and I enjoyed our coffee outside each morning. The home was tastefully updated throughout. The beautiful kitchen was perfect for us. Everything you need is provided from pans, silverware, dishes, paper goods and cleaning supplies. No surprises. She thought of everything we could have needed. The pictures accurately showcase the home but can't explain the little extra touches of ambient lighting and automatic nightlights in the kitchen, bathroom, and outdoors. Our only disappointment was with the steep driveway. Without having access to the garage, it was a bit difficult to park our SUV. NOTE: Parking options were provided which we didn't use. Would we stay here again? Absolutely 100%. There was so much house we didn't even use. The basement level is beautifully furnished, has lots of board games, and has a large bathroom and laundry area. The upstairs is climate controlled and has 2 beds. Maybe next time we'll bring the grands with us!

Great location!!

The location was excellent. Lots of restaurants close by and close to the interstate and Football Hall of Fame. The house was great and our dogs especially enjoyed the big fenced in backyard. As a gardener, I enjoyed looking at everything they had growing...Especially the strawberries! Would definitely stay here again when I come back to visit family in the area.
