Easily walk to all shops and restaurants in downtown Folly Beach, only 1 block away. Historic downtown Charleston is just a 25-minute drive.

Lounge in the comfortable living room with ocean views while watching your favorite shows on the 50-inch flat-screen smart TV. Head out onto the screen porch balcony to take in ocean breezes and views after a long day or with your morning coffee. Full-size washing machine and dryer are located in the hallway.

Kitchen is fully stocked with large and small appliances, as well as utensils, serveware, and cookware you'll need to prepare and serve family meals. Gather and dine at the kitchen table for 4, or the counter bar which seats 4. Keep the family chef company at the kitchen counter seating. The open layout allows for everyone to be together at all times.

Sleep comfortably on a king bed in the master bedroom suite with a flat-screen TV. Private, full bathroom is attached with a walk-in shower and garden tub. Guest bedroom 2 has one queen bed. It acts as a second master suite with a private, full bathroom including a tub/shower combination. Guest bedroom 3 also has one queen bed. The third full bathroom is accessible via bedroom 3 and the hallway. Handicap railings are installed in the master and hallway bathrooms. Freshly laundered, high quality linens and towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the home.

Take dolphin watching, shelling, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing tours from various companies based on Folly Beach. Rent bicycles for an alternate way to travel around the island. Wander down on the far east end of the island to the Morris Island Lighthouse beach - a favorite among locals and visiting guests for frame-worthy photos. Stroll through local shops and markets*, have seafood and southern cuisine at one of our many local restaurants, walk down the pier where you can also try your luck at fishing, and check out live entertainment in downtown Folly Beach. Historic downtown Charleston is only about a 25-minute drive away. Downtown Charleston offers historic tours, world-class dining and boutiques, souvenir shopping, museums and much more!

There is parking for 2 vehicles in the parking lot with the 2 parking passes. If you have more than 2 vehicles, there is first come, first serve parking in the overflow lot for the complex. Uber and Lyft are very scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is at 4:00pm and check out is at 10:00am.

Amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable/smart TVs, washer, dryer, fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, central heat and air conditioning, keyless entry and contactless check-in. Elevator and stairs go to all floors of the complex. No pool or pool access. Property is not ADA compliant. Home is non-smoking and not pet friendly. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Property is handled through property management company and has 24-hr on-call maintenance services. This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.
