This ¾-bath suite with kitchenette features its own two-person jetted tub and gas grill with table and chairs. Enjoy an evening in front of the gas fireplace on a queen-size bed with cable TV and free DVD movie rentals or explore downtown shopping and dining five minutes from your door. Rocky Mountain National Park rests one mile away and your stay includes a heated pool and on-site fishing in the summer with complimentary snowshoe rentals during the winter. Free Wi-Fi. Sleeps two.

Cute Little Getaway

My husband and I stayed here for a few days to explore Estes Park and RMNP. The room was in a very convenient location to both, very clean, very quiet and very peaceful. Would recommend to others and would consider staying here again!

Property has seen better days

Tiniest room I have ever stayed in. Property personnel were nice but place is really run down and in need of a redo. Carpet was torn in place on the stairs. Bathroom was old and shower was very small. There was no place to sit inside and eat. The view of the river from the patio was lovely.

Karen: Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I am sorry that you had some concerns regarding the unit. The unit is a cozy suite for two with a kitchenette. The kitchenette countertop has bar stools that slide underneath and is also used as the indoor eating area. The bathroom is only a 3/4 bath due to having the separate jetted tub, and is shown as a smaller bathroom in the photo. We will have maintenance look at the carpet on the stairs. We are happy that you enjoyed our staff and the beautiful view off of the patio. We hope you were able to enjoy a morning cup of coffee while listening to Fall River. In the future, feel free to contact us and we can offer some choices that are larger units with a full kitchen and a full bath. We appreciate you taking the time to share with us so we can continue to improve the unit for future guests. Jamie

The room was cozy. I loved the view in the back:

Pillows were really bad. Only way to sit was in a hard wood chair ( I really liked the furniture) but no where comfortable to sit and pillows on bed didn’t help with comfort. It’s about the experience. The kitchen was better than expected! Awesome little kitchen. Shower was great. All very very clean. My only suggestion is to replace the 2 chairs & table with a loveseat, and lounging pillows to fit up against

Thank you for your suggestion about a loveseat. Unfortunately, I don't believe there would be room for a loveseat. For your next stay, we do offer one bedroom condos that have a separate living room with a couch or futon. We will gladly help you choose a unit for your next unit. We value your input. Jamie
