The Cottages on Carbon Avenue: Two Airbnbs in One

This Home is two Air bnbs in one Home. One Full kitchen, Livingroom, bathroom and two bedrooms upstairs, And…one full kitchen, Livingroom, bathroom and bedroom downstairs. Your group can use as two private spaces or use together through indoor foyer joining the spaces

Two full air bnb’s, that have a large adjoining indoor foyer. The foyer could be used as added space. Each air bnb has locking doors that lead to the foyer, for privacy as well.

your group will have total access to both spaces and yard.

All communication is done through the app, or texting. We may exchange phone numbers as well, if needed. We do have someone nearby for emergencies.

There are homes close by, some have farms. It is a farming community, but close to amenities and freeway. Carbon Ave is a major freeway, so in the front of the house there is hustle and bustle, but in the back yard there is quiet and cozy.

There is plenty of parking in Parking lot and behind the home
It will be a pleasure to host you. We thank you in advance for following the house rules and being respectful of the space.
There is no smoking in the home, or within 15 feet of the front or back doors. Please do so in the back yard. This does include inhaling as you are walking out also.
We do allow pets, but they do need to be approved by Natalie or Brianna beforehand. Please note that you are responsible for any messes or damage to home, property or person inside or around the home brought on by your pet. This includes both Inside and outside of the home. Please clean up after their bathroom breaks inside of the home and outside of the home. Animals also need to be approved with Natalie prior to stay. There may be additional cleaning and service fees for these.
Please be mindful of other guests with the noise that you make after 10:00 pm.
Please observe the `no parking` signs in front of both garage doors, as we need access to those doors for maintenance of the home.
Events are allowed, if cleared with Natalie beforehand.
1. THE PERSON MAKING THE RESERVATION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES DONE TO THE HOME BY ANY GUEST, IN THEIR PARTY. IT`S BEST TO STAY IN THE HOME WITH THE GUESTS. IF YOU CANNOT STAY WITH THE GUESTS, YOU MAY BE ASKED FOR A LIST OF THE NAMES OF ALL GUESTS OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE, STAYING THERE.

2. FIREARMS ARE PERMITTED, BUT ARE TO BE KEPT INSIDE YOUR LOCKED VEHICLE, AT ALL TIMES, OR IN THE HOME, ON A TOP SHELF, AWAY FROM CHILDREN. THEY ARE NOT TO BE TAKEN OUT OF HOLSTERS OR CARRYING CASE, IN THE YARD.


3. PETS ARE PERMITTED. THEY NEED TO BE ON A LEASH WHILE THEY ARE OUTSIDE, AND IN A PET CRATE, AT NIGHT, WHILE INSIDE. THEY ARE NOT TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED, AT ANYTIME. IF YOU NEED TO LEAVE, PLEASE FIND A PET SITTER.

4. CHILDREN PLAYING OUTSIDE MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT.
