A cozy one-bedroom, two-bath vacation rental located in Deer Park Resort comfortably sleeps four guests. Located in a hotel-style building this condominium offers a bedroom with a queen size bed, futon couch, and TV as well as two full baths, a full kitchen, and a living area with a sleep sofa, cable TV/DVD/VCR, and air conditioning. Enjoy the mountain and pond view while relaxing on the back patio and just step off the patio to access the pond's sandy beach.

Deer Park unit 45 is located adjacent to the Deer Park Club House where you can enjoy the indoor pool and fitness club.
During the summer, you must wear a wristband to use the lake.

(The futon in the bedroom can only be used in the folded position, not as a flat bed as of October 2022.)

Please note: This unit provides two parking spaces.
This home has winter ski shuttle access for specific dates as described at .
Pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
This unit does not allow pets.
This unit has built-in air conditioning in the living room.

The condo was quite dated and bedding/towels were very old and kind of gross but the location and property were great. Also a great price.

We had a great stay, we are not fancy and appreciate rustic ski homes. There were a couple concerns with cleanliness. The sheets on the pull out couch were dirty with lots of hairs etc so we had to get new sheets drove to the office to get them. Also there was a dead mouse coming out through the light fixture in the hall right outside of our room. Both problems were remedied very quickly and we appreciated that. The stovetop catch basins under the burners need to be changed, they were smoking like crazy when we were trying to cook. Also the utensils pots pans etc need to be organized, I tried to do some of it when we were there, would our make it easier to maintain after organizing a little better. The fitness center pool etc was awesome so clean and well maintained, location was great, well cared for but actual unit was def lacking in many ways, but we had fun thank you. Also left my jacket in the closet and they were able to get it for me. Thank you

Even Better than Expected

The entire setup of the property and the unit is great. Close proximity to Ice Castles, Loon Mountain and more. Plenty of restaurant options, a grocery store, movie theater, etc. The unit is very spacious, even has two bathrooms, and everything you’d need in the kitchen. Gorgeous view of the mountains and lake!

Great location

Second time staying in This complex for access to loon mountain. Place was clean and neat but can use some updating. Kitchen light did not work and tv cable box was dead. Had to get some assistance to swap out the cable box from the bedroom so we only had 1 tv and it was quite small for the living room.

Nice quiet stay

Easy everything. Place was dated but clean. Worked for what we needed. Everyone friendly at the main house. We didn’t have pool Passes at condo but they let us use pool. Quiet - we loved that.

The rental company charges ridicilous invented fees such as online booking fee, and then charges a booking fee on a top of it, and then a fee for a damage waiver that does not cover any damage...

Weekend getaway

Not Relaxing

The unit was nice enough and located directly on the lake. The issues arose when we had to take cold showers before discovering a circuit breaker needed to be flipped. Then the neighbors dog (pets aren't allowed in this unit, but apparently they are allowed in other units) barked constantly. With a 1 mth old with us, we needed all the rest we could get, so we ended up leaving a day early, as it's much quieter at home. A shame as were were joining family for the holidays. After experiencing these issues and speaking with the management company (Loon Reservations), I don't believe we'll stay here again.
