Fully updated one-level home within a couple of blocks of shopping and restaurants, close to OSU, Samaritan Hospital and Aquatic Center. Fully furnished with modern furniture, Internet and TV. Sleeps 5, with two queen beds and dressers in two separate bedrooms, a living room with two sofas. In addition, fully equipped office with sofa chair, desks, internet and printer option. Granite countertops in kitchen with oak cabinets, modern appliances including range, dishwasher and refrigerator, open to dining room. Two sliding doors to huge deck and fully fenced backyard, well planted gardens and lawn and seasonal blooms.

Great stay, check-in was a little rocky

We had a great stay visiting our daughter for pre graduation activities. The house was wonderful with a very nice kitchen and comfortable bed. The check in process involved us needing to contact the property mgr for an access code on the afternoon of check-in. Once we made contact everything went smoothly from there. Would recommend

I was so excited about this beautiful home that I was lucky enough to rent from a most gracious host! Hong, I can't thank you enough! You are so kind and responsive. Your home is beautifully appointed, and your yard is next level, amazing! I wish I had had more time to enjoy it! I have already told others about your property, it is so centrally located, easy to find and you thought of everything to make your guests feel welcome and comfortable. I wish I had known this gem sooner. Thanks for everything! Have a great summer!

Not terrible but not great either

House was true to description but getting the code to get in was made unnecessarily stressful by the owner being nearly impossible to get a hold of. I had to text, email AND leave voicemails before I got the code just before we were getting on the plane. Other rentals send this 2-3 days prior to arrival. House was fine for the most part and clean but the road noise at night was loud, there are freight trains blowing their horns at 4 a.m., the BBQ was absolutely filthy and covered in cooked food, and the hot tub had bright green water and was unusable. Also there was no hot water in the bathroom sink, and turning on the hot tap made the pipes bang super loudly. We would not rent this house again.

Backyard oasis

The house was very spacious and everything you could think of. But that backyard was something I didn't know I needed! I can only imagine how much more magnificent in the summer (we were there in spring) Close to everything! We had a great time!

Great value and location

We stayed only one night to get our student moved into housing at OSU. The house was clean and comfortable, would have loved to have enjoyed the backyard more as it is beautiful. The location is great for Fred Meyer and all stores along 9th ave and just a short drive to campus.we would definitely stay here again.

Cozy and welcoming with a STUNNING backyard

The house is beautifully done and so cozy, spotlessly clean. We had a great time and were so grateful for the calm oasis in the backyard. Close to everything we needed! Would absolute stay again and am recommending to friends.

Perfect house in Corvallis!

Very clean, comfortable and spacious house with a beautiful outdoor deck in the backyard. Great location to OSU campus and downtown Corvallis. We would love to stay here again when we come back to Corvallis!

The property was very nice, comfortable and perfect location for our trip. However the online description was far from accurate. First there was no pool as stated on line. Also it said it slept 6 adults. It really only slept 4 adults. The couch and loveseat could sleep 2 if they were small adults or children. Also there was no communication from host on check-out procedure or anything posted.

Great backyard!

The house was clean and cozy. One thing I would not advertise is the house having a ā€œpoolā€. Itā€™s a hot tub that does not heat with dirty, stagnant water. The backyard is beautiful and very relaxing!

Great home to explore from

I stayed at Hong & Sam's property with my son who was taking the college tours of OSU and U of O. Hosts were easy to reach via text and were very helpful. This home was perfect for us, so comfortable and convenient for everything we wanted to do. I wish we had been visiting in summer to enjoy the big backyard with bbq and outdoor seating more. Kitchen had everything we needed to stay in and cook, bedrooms were comfy, and there's even an office. Location felt very central and easy for us to get to the grocery store, downtown shops, campus, etc. We drove a lot but I could imagine bringing bicycles to explore more and walking nearby if we had been in town for longer. If the kiddo ends up going to OSU, I'm sure we'll be back!

Clean and comfy with some bumps

Pros: clean, very comfortable beds, comfortable furniture, beautiful backyard, convenient location Cons: we did not receive check in information with our confirmation email. It simply said to contact the host. We contacted the host the day of check in and waited 5 hours with no response. We contacted the host again about an hour before check in and still no response. We had to spend about 45 minutes online with a VRBO agent and then the host finally texted me the check in info. We went to the house to check in and the code didnā€™t work. The host called me and we got it all worked out and finally got in the house. The house also has some pretty crazy electrical issues. When we woke up the first morning, we had no overhead lights in the kitchen or bathroom, and we had to find the breaker box to flip the breaker. We also ran out of the one roll of toilet paper provided, and there was no extra in the house. With some better communication about check in and restocking of basic supplies, this would be a better experience.

Oregon State Wrestling

This house is a perfect place, inside and out. Clean, easy to find, close to everything. Perfect for our family to see our Grandson wrestling in the PAC 12 Championship at Oregon State where he is on the wrestling team. Then come to this wonderful house for us to visit from the crowd. If we could give 10 stars we would.
