Thank you for a wonderful stay! The check-in and stay were wonderfully easy, communication was great, and the unit was clean, close to town, and perfectly matched the description. The only thing I noted was that it was on the third floor, which I may have just missed in the original listing description.We would definitely stay here again. Thanks again!

Good location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location and condo was great. I would suggest an upgrade to the pillows though. Some of the pillows were so flat and had yellow stains on them. They need to be refreshed.

Very well appointed condo. Clean, Spacious and comfortable. Perfectly as described. Would rent again. Fireplace was a great feature after a day of skiing.

Great Loon Mtn retreat

Nice clean property with cozy fireplace and all amenities. Our family of 6 was very comfortable. Nice and quiet. Shuttle bus makes travel easy to the mountain. Great spot!

The proximity to Loon for snowboarding and the Kancamagus for hiking was great!The 3rd floor allowed for more quiet, no one overhead!The second bedroom with queen size bed was a tight fit as the bedframe stuck out a bit so beware of getting bruised shins. But other rooms decent space!The gas fireplace was a plus for the winter time!

Clean, Spacious, Ideal

Such a perfect ski condo for us. Clean, spacious, open concept. Great location with shuttle to Loon. Plus you'll get some extra steps in getting all your belongings up to 3rd floor :)

Nice place, great location

Forrest Ridge is in a great location, close to shops and restaurants and close to Loon Mountain! The shuttle service is a great convenience! The kiddos enjoyed the pool complex as well! The unit we stayed in was nice and was a great price. Our only complaints were that the beds were not that comfy and there was recycling left there from previous renters. We would definitely recommend this rental to other families and friends!

Lincoln retreat

Met up with a friends for hiking in the Whites. This unit is centrally located. Beds were softer than we like. Fully equipped.

A quiet modern condo that easily accomodates 8

A Lovely Getaway

Reviewer Comments: This condo in Forest Ridge had a porch with a wonderful view of the woods and we spent our mornings enjoying the view and a cup of coffee. There are three spacious bedrooms, two baths and a laundry. The kitchen, dining and living room all open onto each other allowing for the cook to interact with her guests. We had a fantastic family weekend filled with good food and great conversation in a delightful condo.

The building itself was lovely-- way up on a hill, with no noise at all. We had views of the mountains and were surrounded by a wooded area. Very, very peaceful. The condo had three large bedrooms, a very large open dining and living area, washer and dryer, and all the basic amenities, including central air. The balcony was accessible from the living room and master bedroom. The development is very close to the main street in Lincoln, where you can find shopping, restaurants, and many other activities. It is also on the Kancamagus Highway, leading through the White Mountains. It is a very short drive to hiking trails and other White Mountain attractions.Working with Loon Reservation Services was wonderful. The people who helped us arrange our stay were extremely helpful and found the perfect condition for us!

Only trouble we had was extremely dry/low humidity (less than 30%) which left us all with dry throats. We boiled water regularly to try and bring humidity up.
