We are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. Our team, upon review, has been nothing but polite and accommodating, doing their best to meet your requests while adhering to our policies. We maintain these guidelines, like our early check-in policy, to ensure all guests enjoy a well-prepared and clean property. Despite receiving requests such as more towels than what is listed as provided, we sought out approval and accommodated the request and made exceptions to our policy and still received lash back. Same with asking for us to purchase a grill for your stay when a grill is not a listed amenity, we went above and beyond by reaching out to the owner for approval of a purchase.
