New amenities just added for your enjoyment: sauna, golf simulator, gym space, hot tub, BBQ area, and a games/arcade room in the basement.
Just a heads up: Water activities and the dock are available from late May to mid-October only. Also The fireplace is off limits and not available for guest use. For safety reasons, please do not attempt to light or operate it.
The Space:
There is absolutely no better place to be than here! Big spaces, little spaces, quiet spaces, outside spaces, and much more all are available in this cottage. There is always something for every member of your family or group.
PROPERTY'S LAYOUT:
Upon entering the main level, which serves as the first floor, you'll find a charming kitchen and dinette, as well as a screened-in Muskoka room to your left. To the right, the main living area boasts stunning, large windows as seen in the pictures. A hallway branching off from the living area leads to three bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom is particularly noteworthy, featuring a picturesque lake view and its own ensuite bathroom., the other two bathrooms do feature tubs. Descending the stairs from the main hall leads to a walk-out basement, complete with two additional bedrooms, a bathroom, and seating area. Alternatively, ascending the stairs instead leads to the loft, which is a spacious king bedroom offering breathtaking lake views.
Muskoka rooms are a delightful feature commonly found in cottage country, allowing individuals to revel in the stunning weather and breathtaking scenery while enjoying the comfort of being indoors during the evening hours. Boasting an alluring view of the surrounding lake and woods, these rooms are entirely enclosed with screens, eliminating the need for windows. Located just off the kitchen, this space also offers direct access to the deck area, providing an even greater opportunity to relish the outdoors.

➤ A washer and dryer are also en suite for guests to use.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ The fireplace is currently out of service and not set up for guest use. Kindly refrain from lighting or using it.
➤ Lake access.
➤ Big spacious bedrooms.
➤ You can play poker or a game of cards in the separate game area.
➤ A bug-free outdoor experience in the Muskoka room.
➤ A seasonal water trampoline you would be able to use.
➤ A comfortable, tranquil loft for extra sleeping, relaxing, yoga, enjoying a book and a glass of wine, or simply soaking in the view.
➤ Kayaks and paddle boards are accessible to be used on the large dock. An ideal location for reading, fishing, swimming, or afternoon naps.
There are several things to do and places to go all year long at this magnificent cottage!
The guest will have access to the entire property. Please, make yourself at home.
The Neighborhood:
The Township of Lake of Bays is an outdoor enthusiasts' oasis in the northeastern section of Muskoka, adjacent to world renowned Algonquin Park. The Township is home to Lake of Bays, one of the largest lakes in Muskoka, which provides four-season fun from boating and paddle boarding to snowmobiling and ice fishing.
Getting Around:
This location is a Car-Dependent neighborhood so almost all errands require a car.
Other Things to Note:
➤ Fireworks are strictly prohibited in this area year-round. This includes all types of fireworks and sparklers.
➤There is no street parking for extra vehicle as we do not have a street shoulder in the property.
➤ Don't forget to bring your own bug spray and other necessities for a cozy and pleasant stay!
➤ The water is at 2ft at the shoreline and 6ft at the end of the dock with clear, sandy bottom and no weeds.
➤ The waterfront has a depth at shore of 2 feet to 6 feet at end of dock. We highly recommend swimmers to wear lifejackets
➤ ANIMALS in their natural habitat are around the property, such as deer, raccoons, skunks, foxes, bears, geese, and moose. Please note before booking the property that we are not responsible for any wild animal sightings. Keep all garbage indoors and the BBQ clean to avoid attracting these animals to the property. This place is perfect for Nature lover!
➤ SNOW REMOVAL for driveways and parking areas:
Snow removal will be done if there is a snowfall of over 4 inches. Please NOTE during heavy snowfalls and winter weather storm advisories, the properties will be maintained the best we can. Your patience will be appreciated, as during these times, snow crews can be very busy helping to keep all of the roads in the area cleared.
➤ SNOW and ICE: Due to the nature of cottage country's natural terrain, we will do our best to keep the walkways to the cottage entrance clear. NOTE there can be snow and ice on the ground, as well as build up and cannot be removed until weather permits us to do so. Walkways and steps can be SLIPPERY, please bring the appropriate footwear and be prepared for this type of weather.
➤ Please note that regular weekly hot tub maintenance calls will be scheduled and cannot be adjusted as they will be prearranged.
➤Unfortunately, we can’t offer bag drop off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the usebounce website to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
