The property is located in a private development. You will have exclusive access. Entry is through a key handover system, coordinated with the building staff. You will have unlimited access to all areas of the house and outdoor spaces.

To get around, it's best to have a vehicle. Guadalajara International Airport is about a 1 hour and 20 minutes drive away. You can also take a taxi or use mobility apps upon arrival. Free parking is available on the property.

- No smoking inside the house.
- No pets allowed.
- Unapproved parties.
- Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
- Additional cleaning fee: $500 MXN per stay.
- Respect outdoor spaces and use the pool and jacuzzi properly.
