The spacious homes range from 2,870 to 3,616 square feet, featuring 4 to 6 bedrooms, 3.5 to 4.5 bathrooms, and two-car garages—perfectly designed for larger groups and families.

The lower level features a sitting area with a mounted TV, comfortable furniture, and a shared bathroom between two bedrooms.

The second level includes an open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining space, a private deck with fireplace and gas grill, laundry room, and another large bedroom with en-suite bath.

The third level has three additional bedrooms, including one with an en-suite bath, and a shared bath with a walk-in shower.
