"AMAZING GRACE GULF VIEW” SPACE
The "Amazing Gracious Gulf View” Space" opens the sensory floodgates with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico. It is the meticulously detailed “Coastal Chic” design. There is comfortable seating for all, including special seating for young beachgoers. A 65"Samsung Smart TV with ROKU provides a plethora of entertainment options. This space includes a conversational space with cool director chairs and a refurbished antique ice box that serves as an electronics charging station. The "Amazing Gracious Gulf View” Space opens to the spacious balcony with comfortable lounge seating and outdoor dining.
The dining space provides an ample seating for eight guests with additional bar seating. The table has a dramatic octopus centerpiece with matching octopus-themed napkin rings, elegant dining ware, flatware, various sizes of glassware, and custom-made wine glasses.

"GRACE UPON GRACE" KITCHEN
The "Grace Upon Grace" kitchen is a fully stocked kitchen with all the conveniences of home. It has new snow-white quartz countertops and a Marina Del Rey Arabesque Glass Mosaic backsplash. Everything you need to prepare a family meal and serve it in style is provided. Appliances include a stand-alone and hand-held mixer, blender, four-slice toaster, various sized skillets, pots and pans, bakeware, two coffee machines (Keurig & Drip), a microwave, roaster, full refrigerator with water and automatic ice accessible in the door, dishwasher, and electric range and oven. Children's cups, bowls, and utensils are provided. Common spices, coffees, teas, sugars, creamer, multiple types of wraps, bags, cleaning supplies, and Tupperware are stocked for your use. If there is something that you forgot, chances are that you will find it at the Jamaica Beach Grocery Store, which is a 10-minute drive east.

"GRACE ME BAY VIEW" SPACE
Enjoy spectacular views of the sunset in the "Grace Me Bayview Space.” This space can be the heart of family fun or a private retreat. It includes a newly purchased, overstuffed sofa with a queen-size sofa/sleeper. Reconnect with family and friends as you play numerous board and card games or work beautiful puzzles. A 55" Samsung Smart TV with ROKU provides a plethora of entertainment options. Step out onto the "Grace Me Bayview Balcony" to be dazzled by the sunsets over Galveston Bay.

"WAVES OF GRACE" BEDROOM with EN-SUITE BATHROOM
Enjoy a restful night's sleep as you listen to the relaxing sound of waves coming onto shore from the Gulf of Mexico in the "Waves of Grace" bedroom. The king bed is crowned with a premium memory foam mattress and bamboo sheets, keeping you warm in the winter and cool during the warm months. The room also has two designated writing desks for those who want to journal their experiences or get a little work done. The Waves of Grace room also has a private reading area with a comfortable white wicker full-back rocking chair. It also includes a 55" Samsung Smart TV with ROKU and a walk-in closet to store and hang up your belongings. For early risers, a private door leads out onto the main balcony with incredible, unobstructed views of the Gulf. You can also experience this view from the comfort of your king-sized bed.

The "Waves of Grace" bathroom has a spa-like bathroom with double sinks, a modern waterfall faucet, a frameless walk-in shower, and a jetted tub to relax in. You will enjoy 5-star hotel linens and towels, robes, bath salts, shampoo for all hair types, moisturizing conditioner, luxurious body wash, hair dryer, make-up removers, bathtub tray, and a teak shower bench.

"GRACED SUNSET SONNET” BEDROOM with EN-SUITE BATHROOM
The "Graced Sunset Sonnet” bedroom has a beautifully appointed queen bed that overlooks the bay side and provides gorgeous sunsets from the room. There is a stunning queen size canopy bed with an equally stunning chandelier directly above it. This room also has a premium memory foam mattress and bamboo sheets to keep you comfortable all night long so you'll awaken relaxed, refreshed, and ready for whatever adventures you choose. The bedside lamps have an electrical outlet to charge your electronic devices. This room includes a lending library for your reading pleasure. The "Graced Sunset Sonnet” bedroom has an en-ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination, a single vanity, and upscale bathroom accessories. It includes premium shampoo, moisturizing conditioner, and nourishing body wash.

"GRACE FOR ALL BEACH SHACK BUNK” BEDROOM
The "Grace for All Beach Shack Bunk” bedroom sleeps four. It is a sensory-friendly space with various resources that provide individuals of all abilities with sensory needs with personalized sensory input. This input helps calm or stimulate individuals to be better prepared to learn and interact with others. Some resources include a Hatch (sight and sound machine), weighted blanket, bean bag, noise-canceling earphones, floor mat tiles resembling ocean waves, moving sand art liquid motion bubbler, 3D Pin Art, vibrating pillow, and numerous hand-held fidget toys.

"GRACE FOR TODAY" BATHROOM
The “Grace for Today” bathroom is beautifully decorated with 5-star hotel-like towels. It includes premium shampoo, moisturizing conditioner, and nourishing body wash.

To ensure your stay is full of grace, we provide the following additional accommodations:

• Sea Grace Beach Wagon-filled with upscale fringed beach chairs with matching fringed beach umbrella, beach toys for the kids, boogie boards, sun shelter for toddlers, and a cooler.

• Gain access to this third-floor coastal retreat via an elevator. The third floor affords guests a quiet stay since there are no upstairs guests.

• Each guest is provided with one designated covered parking space. In addition, there are ample parking spaces near the condo for additional parking.

• Every guest receives a personal entry code that works only for the dates they will be staying on the property. This also provides a no-contact check-in and check-out so you can arrive or leave at your convenience.

- NOTE: Your safety matters! A Ring doorbell security camera is located next to the front door facing the elevator. It does not look into any interior spaces.

Pointe West Resort and Beach Club
The Pointe West Beach Club, open year-round, is a privately owned/separate entity offering resort-style amenities for guest enjoyment. Per Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 9 guests are allowed. Pointe also charges an additional fee for use of the Beach Club amenities. This applies only to ages four and up. The fee is $25 per person (ages four and up) per stay (not per day) should you wish to enjoy these amenities. The amenities include an infinity pool overlooking the Gulf with an in-ground spa, a lazy river pool on the bayside, kiddie pool, hot tubs, fire pits, gym, restaurant, bar with poolside service (seasonal), stocked fishing lake with a pier, outdoor grills, locker room, and a game room with ping-pong and foosball table. There is a basketball court. Golf carts and bicycles can be rented. An all-terrain wheelchair is available.

Kelly Hamby Nature Trail Park
The Kelly Hamby Nature Trail is a 5.6-acre day-use facility located about one mile Southwest of the Galveston Toll Bridge. It features handicapped accessible parking and a walking trail, with beach access for swimming, and is located just outside the Treasure Island Community. The Kelly Hamby Nature Trail provides a natural habitat for birds such as the Scissor-Tailed Flycatchers and Orchard Orioles, as well as migrant birds like Buntings, Tanagers, Cuckoos, and Warblers. Be sure to visit during the annual Monarch migration in late September and early October.
