Spacious & Comfortable Layout
Coyote Cabin features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, offering plenty of room for families and small groups.

On the entry level, you’ll find a queen bedroom, a second bedroom with two brand-new extra-long twin beds (the same length as a queen), and a cozy bunk/laundry room that’s perfect for small kids. This floor also includes a full bathroom for convenience.

Upstairs, the primary suite offers a comfortable California king bed and private bath, along with an open-concept living area, dining space, and kitchen. Gather around the fire, share a meal, or enjoy a movie night after a fun-filled Tahoe day. An additional half bath upstairs adds extra comfort and convenience.

The updated kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig, and a well-stocked selection of cookware and utensils — guests always compliment how easy it is to cook here!

Location & Nearby Attractions
It’s just a short drive to the main shopping and dining area of King’s Beach, and with Safeway less than a mile away, grocery runs are quick and easy. When it’s time for mountain adventures, you’re perfectly situated — Northstar and Palisades Tahoe ski resorts are only 10 to 25 minutes away, offering world-class skiing and snowboarding for all levels.

For parking and storage, there’s a small garage that can fit one car or be used to store bikes, kayaks, and ski gear. The driveway accommodates up to three cars, making it easy for families to come and go. In summer, the garage is often stocked with beach and outdoor equipment, so plan to park in the driveway during those warmer months.

You can also try rafting the Truckee River or horseback riding at Alpine Meadows for a full day of family adventure.

Parking is easy with off-street space for multiple vehicles and even room for a boat trailer or RV.
