Sunset Beach Getaway, Heated Pool

Helen, We pride ourselves on accurate listings, and positive guest experience. No where in our listing does it say the property is gulf front, and there’s even a photo pointing outside the front door, where you can see it is not direct beachfront. We also provide the square footage, and explain it is best for couple or a small family. Guests are also able to message hosts prior to booking to be sure the property is the right fit for you. You did not communicate to us at all about these concerns before or during your stay, otherwise we would’ve happily tried to accommodate you at another one of our units that was a better fit. We even message our guests, as we did with you, after the first night so that we can eliminate any concerns and be sure you have a comfortable stay. This property is not beachfront, but it is a first floor walkout, and 50 steps to the sand. You’re there in 30 seconds, and guests love our location, cozy accommodations and heated pool on the gulf side.
