Hi there we appreciate your honest review. We strive to make everyone’s stay pleasant. We have our home fumigated once a month to try and prevent any type of insects from getting into the home since it is very remote. If we would’ve heard from you during your stay we could’ve had someone come out to take care of any issues. Without any contact we have no way of knowing what is going on during your stay. Thank you for your feedback. We take the comfort and satisfaction of our guests very seriously. As part of our regular maintenance and preventative care, the property is routinely treated for pests. Because the home is located in a more remote area, occasional insects can be found outdoors, but we make every effort to prevent them from entering the home. Regarding the hot water, we were not notified of any issue during your stay. Had we been made aware of a problem, we would have promptly sent a maintenance technician to address it. Since your visit, we have hosted additional guests and have not received any reports regarding hot water or pest-related concerns. We always encourage guests to contact us during their stay so we can quickly resolve any issues and ensure they have the best experience possible.

Had we been made aware of any concerns, we would have been happy to address them immediately. Our home does include a welcome binder with information about the property, including operating instructions, trash disposal, and local recommendations. We also have a digital guide available for guests. We take cleanliness very seriously, and our home is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. While it’s always possible for an occasional pest to find its way inside in our climate, this is not a recurring issue, and we would have arranged for immediate service if we had been notified. Regarding the amenities, we provide starter essentials as outlined in our listing. We appreciate the feedback about the coffee mugs and will review our inventory to ensure it better accommodates future guests. Good morning I am not sure what you mean? We have received constant praise over our property even after your stay from other guests. Is this a review to try and bring someone’s property down for no reason? We are highly rated on other platforms as well. We strive to give people a great experience and enjoy the beach. But with your post so vague it’s hard to pinpoint the issue you had. I will say we were disappointed on how you left the property and did not follow any of the local laws in the area. Had constant calls from nearby neighbors saying you were loud and disrupting the peace and also disrupting the sand dunes that are prohibited to be on to protect them.
