This is our second time staying here. We love this house. Plenty of space for everyone and very comfortable. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. The host is super easy to work with and responds quickly. We stay here when we go to the D-Day re-enactment in Conneaut and its a perfect location. Having the golf club across the road is great because they have delicious food. I highly recommend!!

met expectations

Beautiful Home. Was close to the things we wanted to visit. Was easy to speak with the owner. I would suggest handles on the kitchen cabinets because they were hard to open. It would be nice to have table lamps on the side tables in the master bedroom. Would definitely stay again.

Terrific place for our needs

House had more bedrooms and beds than we needed, but the location. comfort, and cleanliness fit what we needed.Beds are comfortable.Large kitchen; we did not cook there, but it would be fun to make a dinner there.There was a SNAFU getting into the house, but the owner/manager responded to our messages quickly. Problems happen sometimes, but the issues was fixed quickly. That was valuable to us.The water in the area does not smell good. We understand it is safe to drink. If that bothes you, make sure you get some bottles water.We would stay there again.

Comfort in the Country

The home is spacious and allowed our teenagers to have their own rooms and bathrooms! We were in town for a family Thanksgiving and it was nice to have a place so close and to ourselves. The house was clean and comfortable. Our boys golfed and we had dinner and drinks at Bronzewood Golf Club. Can’t beat that amenity!

perfect fall getaway!

a beautiful time of year to be in Kinsman OH, and the property was perfectly situated for our stay. it's remote enough to feel some tranquility, but it's also across the road from the Bronzwood Country Club; which has so much to offer! great takeout/dine in food, a sports lounge and sometimes live music. do go over and get to know some of the most welcoming locals we've met on vacation! the house has everything you need for an extended stay and then some! plenty of room and bathrooms for everyone, fully stocked with utensils, pots, pans, cleaning supplies, towels and more. we honestly wanted for nothing. as i stated before, the property sits across the road from the bronzwood golf club, which is a public course, and the driving range is located just off of the back deck. if you have a golfer with you, this is quite the boon! don't be worried about the privacy issue with the driving range proximity, it is plenty far enough from the house and we were the only people during our entire stay that made use of this amenity. as for our host, Joe, he is super hospital, communicative and quick to action. to cite an example; as we were enjoying the back deck, we noticed the weather was unseasonably warm for the area and the wasps were out looking for blood lol!! jk!! but they were active. we informed Joe, and he expeditiously had the issue handled and we were once again able to enjoy the natural fall beauty of the property. we miss the place already and will be def back :)

Great stay

The house was great! Very nice and clean. The area is nice, only 10 minutes to the dam, 15-20 to local towns/restaurants. We enjoyed meeting the cattle next door! :)

Amenities not accurate and misleading

The home was nice, well kept and clean. However the description and photos included a golf simulator which was not available. I chose this location for my family because of the described “amenities”. When asked where the simulator was I was told it was down for the season and not available. When I questioned that it was a part of the description I was further told it needed to be reserved beforehand anyway through the golf course. None of this information was in description. We were all disappointed. I don’t feel that I got what I paid for.

Just perfect

The location was easy to find. The property is beautifully maintained. The house was lovely and had everything we needed. My bed was so comfy. Our teenage grandson got a charge out of the driving range on the property. The only thing I'd tell any future renters is to bring bottled water. I think the water there is well water and had an odd taste. Otherwise I highly recommend this property and plan to rent it again !

Perfect location and clean house

The house was very nice. We could have used some more utensils when preparing food. We ran out and bought bottled water since the water smelled and tasted like sulfur. The description stated we would be able to use the golf simulator in the basement, which we were all excited for unfortunately basement was locked and not available. Left a note stating if that was not available, they need to take that off of the description on Vrbo. Other than those few things, we had a lovely stay.

Spent the weekend with family and celebrated my birthday. The place was lovely. No hot tub like it says in the description, only a Jacuzzis tub in the master bedroom. So no need to pack bathingsuits

Great view of the eclipse

If you are looking for a quiet country get away that’s not too far off the beaten path, this is the place! The house was excellent and people in the area are super friendly. The host even managed to dial up some partly clear skies while we watched the eclipse 😁, totally in their control.

Wedding weekend

Great country home

This home was super comfortable and the location was great with the Bronzewood restaurant across the street. My boys loved using the driving range (meant to message that the machine ran out of golf balls but took our $5). I also meant to message that I could not get the remote to work on the master bedroom TV. We will definitely stay here again when visiting my family. Plenty of room, clean, and easy to access.
