This house is in an absolutely amazing location, centrally located to all of the local attractions, entertainment and dining. Best of all, it's tucked away in a quiet, super safe neighborhood where you can comfortably relax & enjoy the peace and quiet of Florida.

Personally, when we stay at this property, we enjoy having morning coffee in the backyard adirondock chairs, overlooking the waterway. At that hour, you can enjoy the ducks, herons & even a local peacock that frequents the yard. Sitting out there during sunset is another amazing experience as you'll get to experience the herons winding down into the beautiful pink evening Florida sky. The backyard is completely fenced, with a gate access to get closer to the water if you enjoy fishing ( The waterway is full of bass and bluegill).

This house is a 3 Bedroom - 2 Bath house, with large floor to ceiling windows in the living room and dining areas to ensure plenty of natural light & beautiful relaxing views throughout your stay. You will also enjoy lounging in the air conditioned "Florida Room" and staring out into the yard (that's one of our favorite place to entertain friends/play cards).

The house comes with everything that you would need on your stay (cooking supplies, silverware, bedding, sheets, etc)
