Majestic Park Summary

Summary:
Overlooking greenspace towards the Yampa River and Core Trail, Majestic Park is the perfect family hideaway. Fully re-furnished in 2021, this inviting 4 bedroom 4 bath townhome is close to the best of Steamboat. Spend the summers walking to the Yampa River just steps away from the front door or hop on the Core Trail and bike into town. During the winter, the free shuttle picks up 50 yards from our home.

The Space:
Enjoy sunsets over Emerald Mountain from one of two covered balconies.
Our open kitchen/living/dining rooms ensure great family time together.
With 4 bedrooms across 3 floors, you can still escape and get some "me time."

Guest Access:
We'll send you a code for the front door on the morning of check-in. There is a Nest/Yale digital lock. Please do not Park in the alley at any time. The Alley is shared and unloading there can block in the neighbors and you will be ticketed and fined.

We have 2 reserved parking spots for you. 1 in the heated garage and 1 reserved outside. The neighborhood also has open guest spots available first come/first serve.

The Neighborhood:
The Majestic neighborhood is a family-friendly neighborhood with a mix of full-time residents with plenty of kids and dogs enjoying the common lawn. Please be respectful of the neighbors with quiet hours and parking and they'll make you feel like locals!

Getting Around:
The house is on the free city shuttle with service to the ski mountain, downtown, grocery stores, and more.

Other Things to Note:
This is a family-friendly neighborhood. Please be respectful of quiet hours. There is a decibel meter on the property that will send an alert if noise exceeds threshold levels during quiet hours.
