PETS: We allow pets on a pre-approval basis….Criteria for Pets: House trained, non-destructive, NOT a heavy shedder, Non-aggressive, Never left alone inside unattended, Clean up your animals debris in yard areas, Under your control at all times... and pay the $35 pet fee per animal...
