Welcome to Damon Circle 133! Ideally located in the gated community of Gulf Highlands, this lovely 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome is just a short walk to the miniature golf course. Damon 133 offers a bright, welcoming space for up to 6 guests with queen beds in each of the bedrooms, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There are activities for everyone: choose between 11 community pools, tennis and shuffle board courts, a fitness center, and lots more! Short stroll to the beach, enjoy Gulf Front dining at The Beach House of Gulf Highlands, or just chill on your back patio. Make your next vacation one to remember!

*LOW Monthly Winter Rates - Not Available to Guests under age 25* Snowbird Season runs November through February on a monthly basis. February only is available at a premium, but Jan and Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate.

Gulf Highlands Beach Resort is located just across from the beach in the heart of Panama City Beach, only 1 mile from Shipwreck Island Waterpark and 5 miles from Pier Park. The resort includes 11 swimming pools (5 seasonally heated and one Gulf Front), tennis and shuffleboard courts, an 18-hole miniature golf course, fitness center, and a community clubhouse. Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, Rum Runners Tropical Grill, Dick's Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater.

Shipwreck Island is about 1 mile away and is great fun for the kids! Try Pirate's Plunge, Treetop Drop or the White-knuckle Rapids.

Great stay!

We had a great stay! Close to pool and tennis court. It's a bit of a walk to the beach, but you can be dropped off by where the golf carts park. I would stay here again if it's available.

Property is ok. Kitchen, nook and living room need a little bit of love, but it has the main features. Rooms are very nice and master bathroom is beautiful and updated. If you are afraid of roaches, bring your spray. Pool is walking distance, beach is still walking distance but 20 minutes.

Excellent

PCB was the perfect vacation rental spot for my family. Luke was out PCB Host and responded very quickly to all my emails/questions. Location is perfect for an easy short walk to the beach or any of the many pools on site. Also, make sure to bring a putter for their on site putt putt course! Would totally recommend and plan on coming back in the near future.

Cleanliness

Trash in front flower bed, and back porch. Couch and throw pillows stained. Under beds very dirty. Palmetto bugs, roaches and black ants found in the kitchen throughout our 1 week stay. Emails sent to my contact without response. Nice master bathroom

Disappointing to say the least…

We chose to stay at Gulf Highlands again because the community is amazing! The location to the beach is phenomenal and the pools in the complex are always clean and comfortable. This particular unit was disappointing! The pictures show an elegant kitchen and beautiful master bathroom! The master bath was the ONLY room that was as described. The kitchen sink did not have hot water and was not equipped with what a family staying in a condo needs- cookware that is disgusting, broken utensils- even the hand-held can opener was broken! The downstairs half bath had a giant gash in the wall and the ventilation fan was hanging by one screw. Upstairs was another adventure… the guest bathroom door was literally coming off the hinges, the water in the bath was not even lukewarm and it desperately needs a deep clean! The guest bedroom had a hole in the wall, the 2 bottom drawers were broken and unusable. The master bedroom also has a broken bottom drawer and the bed is so squeaky that sleeping is impossible if your partner moves at all! The outside front patio has some issues as well! The front light is literally taped on with clear packing tape, and the front screen door is downright dangerous! The bottom metal piece is not secure and moves every time you open or close the door and will catch your heel almost every time. The back patio is nicely laid out and would be great if the vent, which is missing a cover, didn’t blow directly on you!

Disappointed

Overall we were extremely disappointed in the unit we stayed in. We would have gladly paid for an early check in but we were told that was not possible because the unit needed to be cleaned. When we got there someone was checking the unit to make sure it was good I’m guessing after it was cleaned but I don’t think she checked everything. We noticed there was only two full size towels in each bathroom which we thought was odd. We later found the rest of the towels in the dryer that had not been put back after the cleaning of the unit. There were what looked like ketchup stains on the pillows and side tables downstairs. There was debris and food underneath the pull out couch also. The mattress and bed frame itself in the master bed room needs to be replaced. It was very unstable and extremely uncomfortable. Every time one of us moved or shifted the entire bed moved. Also the AC unit was very loud when it would kick on and would wake us up in the middle of the night. We really enjoy the community aspect of the highlands and had no complaints about the grounds. we did have issues a few times with our code working at the gates but I’m guessing that is not uncommon. I would suggest replacing the bed for future guests and getting more efficient and thorough cleaning crew. Especially if you aren’t going to offer early check ins for your guests the unit should be impeccably clean. Unfortunately we will not stay at this unit again.
