Guest can use any space in the apartment. Including the basement, the driveway to park (2 cars max).

Quiet Hours are after 10pm! It’s a very quiet neighborhood any loud noises outside stand out. Please respect our neighbors!

When messaging to book, please include in the message how many vehicles you are bringing.

We allow a max of two cars, if you have visitors they are to park in the street in front of the house. Do not block the driveway exit/entrance!

Park in designated parking spots in correspondence to the address, their labeled by address.

When checking out, if possible please send a message saying you are checking out (regardless of the time).
