North Lake Union, Gas Works Park, and Fremont are also easily accessible from home. Wallingford's lively 45th Street corridor offers lots of local bars and restaurants to explore on foot.

Sleek, all-new stainless steel kitchen appliances come ready and equipped to handle family-style meal planning. There's also a kitchenette in the finished basement equipped with another full-size fridge and dishwasher for added convenience. The main-floor living area comes furnished with a sofa and smart TV for casual home entertainment and the adjoining sunroom makes a perfect spot for some afternoon reading. All bedrooms include a dedicated desk/workstation for remote work or study. The basement and the main house are each equipped with a private washer/dryer. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
