Don your chef’s hat and step into the sleek, modern kitchen, boasting a full suite of stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, including a waterfall island, and serve up family favorites at the adjacent dining table.

After days of desert adventures, relax in the central AC while you stream the latest release or use the free WiFi to upload the day’s pics to social media. Toss the day’s clothes in the washer/dryer, cook up some steaks on the grill and dine alfresco, then step back outside to the firepit in the yard and spend the night under the stars. THINGS TO KNOW
The City of Scottsdale requires all short-term renters to complete a background check. There is no additional charge, and it must be completed in order to secure your reservation. Please check your inbox and/or spam folder for an email from our staff requesting your date of birth and permanent address of residency.
The City of Scottsdale limits occupancy in a dwelling unit to no more than 6 adults plus their related, dependent children. By renting this property, you agree to comply with the city's occupancy requirements

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
