The Deauville was built as a resort on over nine acres with three pools, three spas, two tennis courts, a Pavilion, and a fabulous gym.
The living room has a 75-inch TV, Streaming Live TV, HBO, Premium Hulu, and YouTube (no ads). There is ample comfortable seating and an air mattress in the couch. The primary bedroom also has a 75-inch TV, a balcony with Mountain Views, and a King Size top-of-the-line Posturepedic mattress. The second bedroom has a 50-inch TV, a queen-sized adjustable bed with Massage, and a Posturepedic mattress.
The balcony has a fancy BBQ with 4-burners, a rotisserie, a sear burner, lights, and relaxing patio furniture for seven.
There is an Air Fryer with 12 functions, a Slow Cooker with Browning, and a Microwave with a Convection Oven function. There is NO other oven! You can bake with the Convection Oven or Roast function in the microwave. No turkeys…. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.
There are Sonos Speakers, Tennis and Pickleball rackets, and lots of balls (in case you don’t want to run too far). Fabulous pool towels! Backgammon, Poker, Monopoly, Scrabble, Sorry, Cards, and Simon Says, including Yoga mats, weights, blocks, knee pads, and yoga straps too! The kitchen is stocked with spices and everything else you can think of including children's dishes. There is a security system.
