Was as described. I would stay again. We were given wrong check in code but luckily they answered their ring doorbell and we were able to get in.

What a cute little home in an equally cute town

We really liked this little home. Bright, well remodeled and really great use of space. Held our family of 4 very well, and was a pleasant halfway stop close to lots of shopping and restaurants in Sylvania.

Perfect for Girls Night

Came to the area to check out the Christmas Stores in West Unity, Ohio. Enjoyed this house for an overnight with friends.

DOUBLE BOOKED!

After researching, booking and paying for this property weeks in advance, we arrived at the house to find another person there! Couldn't contathe host-her # listed was disconnected. Awful experience, reservation cancelled, very stressful to figure out last minute lodging. Bad way to start what should have been a celebratory weekend.

Cute and clean!

4 of us stayed overnight while in town for a funeral. The home is very deceiving from the outside- super cute interior with two nice sized areas for gathering and hanging out. With 1.5 baths we got creative with making space for everyone to get ready at the same time and had no issues . We appreciated the simple and easy check in and check out process, and having a place for everyone to decompress in the evening.

Lovely little place

We stayed overnight for a wedding. I had a little bit of a challenge getting ahold of the host but a quick chat with VRBO got me the correct number and Anita Kay was more than accomodating. She allowed for an early check in which was so nice. The house is really cute and clean. I was really pleased with that. The neighborhood is a little run down but wasn’t a problem in any way. My kids slept upstairs in the 2 bedrooms and loved the loft feel and said the beds were comfortable. I was so satisfied with this whole stay especially since the last VRBO we stayed at was utterly filthy and I was so nervous about staying at a rental again. Don’t hesitate to book this place. It was a great space for our family of 6!

Double booked and out of luck

Didn’t get a chance to actually stay at this property as they double booked on another rental site. The two hosts tried to support the mix up initially, but then just stopped communicating completely until I contacted VRBO. Super disappointing. House looked cute if they didn’t have another guest staying there. We got a refund but were left trying to find something last minute. Will not book with them again.

Do not stay here! We walked in the house around 10PM on a day that the high temperature was around 90 and there were added fans downstairs and up, all ceiling fans were on. We just knew this was sign. The upstairs was a furnace!!! Contacted the owner and was told she’d bring a window ac the next day. There was only one window in the house that could fit a window ac and it was in a bedroom upstairs. We attempted to place a borrowed one in for the night and were terrified the window would fall out it was so old and bad. Went to take a shower and the liner was so mildewed it was stiff. The main bathroom door doesn’t shut all the way it’s so warped. The doors to the “bedrooms” upstairs were not even 5’10” at the tallest part of them, which was 3” wide. It says no pets, but there was a pet bed and remnants of pet food in the garbage can next to it. We left first thing the next morning after sleeping on a couch since the upstairs was in no way habitable. The only vent in the one room was behind the pillows in the bed. Owner said they’d refund us the nights we didn’t stay. We haven’t received a penny! She won’t respond and VRBO won’t do anything. We have never given a bad review before, but trust the negative reviews on here, this place is not worth your time. And we haven’t even mentioned the horrible bed in the first floor bedroom that has zero support in the middle so you roll into each other! Stay somewhere else!!!!
