Situated in a residential suburb, this vacation rental offers the best of both worlds: a serene atmosphere while still being within easy reach of city conveniences. Downtown Albany is a mere 3 miles away, and downtown Corvallis is just 16 miles away, ensuring that you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The home features three bedrooms on the lower level, including two bedrooms with King size beds and one bedroom with a Queen bed and a twin bed. The main living area boasts an open floor plan, complete with a fully stocked kitchen and various sources of entertainment, such as a Nintendo Wii console and books.

The kitchen and dining area are spacious and equipped with all the basic cooking essentials, including pots, pans, dishes, utensils, glasses, coffee mugs, and a Keurig coffee machine.
Additionally, the kitchenette offers a variety of upgraded appliances, including a microwave, airfryer, rice cooker, blender, toaster, milk shaker, hand mixer, and kettle.

Outside, guests can enjoy the sideyard with a charcoal grill (charcoal not provided) and a backyard space.

We also provide essential supplies, such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, kitchen soap, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, and complimentary snacks and coffee (Keurig pods included, but limited).

Lastly, guests have access to a full-size washer and dryer, an iron, ironing board, and a blow dryer.
There is parking space for 6 cars

The whole place is exclusively yours to use. Except we have garage and an owner's closet where we store extra items are locked up. And the bunk room upstairs locked up.

Check in after 4pm
- We only have one security camera outside of our home - on the garage door, facing the parking lot with motion sensor. The camera will be on during your stay recording video and audio when there are motions. The camera is there mainly for security and insurance purposes.

There is the possibility of noise from nearby freeway traffic . We will not refund for noise complaints. The outside noise is beyond our control.

No parties
- 10pm local noise ordinance. All outside noise must be kept to a minimum after 10 pm. This is strictly enforced.
- no smoking/vaping inside the home.
- Please reach out ahead of time if you plan to have visitors.
