Your relaxing stay starts as you drive through the dramatic tunnel entrance to the community, where you'll be led through gates into an exclusive enclave of architecturally diverse custom homes wedged into the sunny hillside of the Phoenix North Mountain Preserve.

With 12ft soaring ceilings throughout, Villa Capri was extensively remodelled to intentionally create a private sanctuary to enjoy in Phoenix’s near perfect weather or entertain lavishly in the multiple indoor and outdoor dining and living spaces. Heavily influenced by Roman design, this Villa has a secluded resort style wrap-around outdoor area with two outdoor seating areas, outdoor dining, and a private pool.

This spacious single level 2,200 sf Villa offers everything you’ll need to feel right at home. The Chef’s Kitchen with brand-new stainless-steel appliances is fully appointed with everything you’ll need to entertain lavishly. The formal dining room seats 6, the informal dining room seats another 6, and the outdoor area seats a further 6.

Each of the bedrooms has a 65” inch smart TVs. Brand-new beds by Brooklyn Bedding appointed with new luxurious linens provide a perfect night’s rest and lay the foundation for your total relaxation experience at Villa Capri.

The third bedroom with two sofa beds can be converted from a den or reading room to a bedroom with 2 single beds, or one Queen.

The remodelled master bath has a shower and deep soaking tub. Both bathrooms are fully stocked with hair dryers, fresh towels, shampoo, and soaps.

Our stunning outdoor space provides a private heated swimming pool (Heated at the rate of $35/day), an outdoor dining and two outdoor seating areas in a luxe resort style setting. Drink your morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine in the patio area, perfect for unwinding and relaxing, day, evening, or night.

The Neighborhood

Villa Capri is one of only 60 homes in the gated community of Mount Central Place with community pool, spa and tennis courts (equipment included!). This home has a private heated pool(Heated at the rate of $35/day) and guests at the Villa have access to all the private community’s amenities, including community pool, spa, hiking trails, dog park and tennis during their stay.

Heated Pool: The cost of utilizing this amenity is $35 per night and must be on for the duration of your stay. Please keep in mind that the consistent achievable temperature is 85 degrees but the ability of the heater to reach the set temperature is dependent on outside air temp, specifically overnight lows. Please let us know if you would like to add this as an additional accommodation to your stay for the aforementioned associated fee.

This exclusive neighbourhood has private access to hiking trails and ease of proximity to all the local urban dining, shopping, and freeways. Magnificently centrally located, the hillside community of Mount Central Place is less than 20 minutes away from Downtown Phoenix to the South, or 20 minutes from Downtown Scottsdale to the East. Villa Capri is close to several spring training stadiums, casinos, shopping, restaurants, and the numerous golf courses the Valley has to offer.

We recommend visiting Midtown Phoenix, RoRo, Garfield, Old Town Scottsdale, all 20 minutes away (shops, restaurants, bars), Papago Park, Fashion Square Mall and the Scottsdale Quarter in Scottsdale, Phoenix and Scottsdale Arts Districts, Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art, hiking the North Mountain Preserve, Phoenix Botanical Gardens, and the numerous golf courses. There is also MLB Spring Training, the Cardinals (NFL), Diamondbacks (MLB), or Coyotes (NHL).

PLEASE NOTE:
1. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests you indicate on your reservation. Any additional guests or visitors must be approved by your host.
2. For your safety and security reasons our home has motion detectors and a security system, as well as exterior cameras. Cameras located at the following locations: Front door, backyard pool/hot tub area, and driveway/garage. These cameras are present for the security of all guests. There are no cameras inside the home.
3. Professional cleaners sanitize between each rental. All hard surfaces are disinfected and sheets and towels are always cleaned in hot water.
4. Check-in/check-out process is keyless. Arrive at any hour and enter the combination on the door lock for quick and easy access. Check-in is at 4 pm. Check-out time is any time before 11 am. You're welcome to request an early check in or late checkout, subject to availability. We are unable to confirm availability until 24 hours prior to arrival or departure.
5. This home is in a prestigious private gated community, as such, there is a no-tolerance policy with parties and/or loud noise. Please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and/or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
6. Noise meters may also be present in and around the property to ensure quiet hours are followed.
6. Pool/Spa and backyard amenity availability & conditions are subject to inclement weather, as a result, debris may collect at the bottom of the pool. Pool service providers visit the property weekly for scheduled cleaning, but daily service is not provided. Backyard furniture, and other outdoor amenities may also be affected. We will make every effort to provide these amenities in the best condition possible, however guests must be advised that certain amenities may not be fully available/operational, and that conditions may vary.
7. No smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises; including the use of e-cigarettes and marijuana. Violators will incur a fee and removal from the property without refund.
5. Pets are not permitted unless without prior written approval.
6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.
9. Guests are prohibited from carrying or otherwise possessing a firearm at any time on property grounds, including carrying firearms in an open or concealed manner. This policy applies to all types of firearms.
10. Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent.
