We do not rent to vacationing students or singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a legal guardian or parent. The Condominium Association has strict rules and prohibits loud parties, hanging items on front railings, throwing items from balconies/railings, feeding birds, etc. Shirts and shoes are required at all times in the main lobby (there is a separate beach/pool entrance). Breach of any rule by occupants or guests of your condo may result in a fine. There is a copy of the Condominium Association rules in your condominium.
