I'm Emily and I co-own Pink Homes with my husband. We were both born and raised in SW Missouri and love getting to raise our two kids here too. We love investing in our community through offering quality, affordable housing, both short and long term. When we're not working , you can find us outside fishing, gardening or just enjoying the sun!

We have known our property manager, Sarah, for almost 20 years now and there's no one we trust more to manage and maintain our properties. Her attention to detail and dedication to excellence makes her a perfect fit for the role. We work closely with her to make sure we are constantly working to bring a better experience with every stay.

We believe that location is everything and we know we have that with The Virginia. Just a few minutes off of I-44 and situated right in between both hospitals in Joplin, we believe we have the perfect place to stay whether you're in town as a pit stop or here to care for a loved one or for work.

A plethora of dining options are within walking distance, and so many more within a 15-20 drive. Joplin does offer Uber Eats and DoorDash, and there's a pharmacy within walking distance.

Every Pink Homes location has some personal touch that we're very proud of. The Virginia allows for a cinematic experience with a drop down screen and projector with surround sound. Log into your favorite streaming service and settle in for your favorite movie or show.

This location also has an incredible private back yard with an 8 ft privacy fence. The seating area is shaded in the evening and has a cute set of party lights for just the right vibe to relax.
