Waterfront views and top-of-the-line finishes abound, from the gorgeous granite in the kitchen and baths, to the comfortable furnishings in the open and airy living and dining areas. The oceanfront balcony is the perfect place to enjoy drinks, a meal, or just a good book. Complete with washer/dryer, a wet bar, a chef's dream kitchen, beach chairs & toys - you'll want for nothing. Recently renovated, well stocked, comfortable
We stayed with our two two teen kids and my in laws. The condo was excellent, recently remodeled and well maintained with everything you need for a week at the beach!! Shannon was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would stay here again!!

Our stay at Indian Rocks Beach
Shannon & Johns condo was amazing. It had all new updates inside, had all the amenities we needed, amazing view of the ocean from the balcony. This was our first time at Indian Rocks Beach and we loved it! We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Vacation
We will definitely be back! The apartment was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything needed and more! The property was wonderfully maintained by the property manager and all of the other tenants were very friendly and helpful!

Gorgeous escape
Our family traveled from Maine for my sisters beach wedding. We rented 5 condos in the building and seascape was the best by far. The beach was our front yard. Our favorite restaurants in walking distance. Great vacation can’t wait to go again.

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo
We loved our family vacation in this tastefully remodeled unit. The beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The owner was accessible and responded quickly to all inquiries and replaced a broken coffee maker in record time! We will certainly return!

The condo's beachfront location is beautiful! The check-in process was effortless, Shannon and John responded promptly to my question regarding the check-in process. I was delighted to discover that the condo's beach supply closet contained everything required for the week. The condo was also exceptionally well-appointed, with amenities. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again in the future!

Life is good when you stay at the beach!
We loved our stay at the Seascape! We were not disappointed. The condo was clean, fresh, and decorated nicely. There was enough space for the 8 of us to hang out and rest well. The kitchen had a good amount of space for multiple people to cook and prepare food at one time. We rented a car, but barely used it. We walked along the beach in both directions. There was no lack of tasty choices for food and ice cream within walking distance. The best part was the ability to effortlessly go from the condo, to the pool, to the beach and repeat in any order. We highly recommend the Seascape for your vacation!

My wife and I spent nearly a month at the New Oceanfront "Seascape" condo and had a fantastic experience. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how beautifully decorated, well-appointed and how well-stocked it was. From the kitchen to the linens, it was appointed with all the essentials (and then some!), which made our stay completely stress-free.It was clear the Shannon and John put a lot of thought into the details...it truly felt less like a vacation rental and more like we were staying at a close friend's home The location at the Reef Club was absolutely perfect - overlooking the Gulf, pool and other amenities were great. We loved being within easy walking distance of so many great restaurants and shops.We couldn't has asked for a better experience and would recommend this gem to anyone. We will definitely be back!

This stay was excellent. The condo was very nice, clean, and had everything we needed and wanted for our family of 5 with three young children. We loved the central location right on the beach in Indian Rocks Beach and all of the amenities that came with the stay and the condo. The beach supplies, pickleball equipment, and ample supple of board games were put to good use. The communication throughout the entire process and stay was top notch with Shannon. Wonderful experience!

We are Shannon & John and we are excited to share this special property with you. We love the calm, crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the amazing Indian Rocks Beach area! We enjoy sailing, fishing, walking on the beach, and enjoying a cocktail while we watch the sunset from our balcony. We hope you love it as much as we do!

We fell in love with this condo as soon as we saw it. Being on the 4th floor gives you a great view of the water (watch for dolphins!) without being too high. We also love to cook and really enjoy the brand-new fully stocked chef's kitchen.

Reef Club is a special place, and we have tried to anticipate your every need when stocking Seascape. We have filled it with fun and unique artwork, great bedding, and every kitchen tool we could think of! We have smart TVs & ceiling fans in every room and there is a wet bar with wine storage. Our downstairs beach closet is stocked with chairs, umbrellas, skim & boogie boards, pro Kadima, and tennis and pickleball gear. The outside grassy lounge area has lots of yard games like bocce ball and cornhole. We want you to have a great vacation!
