Nile view cozy 2 bedrooms fully furnished apartment in Zamalek Cairo stays

It is a direct view 1st. Raw on the Nile River with a balcony over looking the Nile, 2 bedrooms with wide reception area consists of 3 parts 2 living rooms with a T V & satellite, Netflix is provided too, dinning room with 6 chairs, 1 & 1/2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, warm lighting, hardwood floors, cozy apartment, newly renovated and furnished. Airconditioning every where, heating device, side lambs, all kitchen stuff. Full automatic washing machine, ironing table & ironing machine, vacuum cleaning machine, soap, toilet paper, shower Jill & towels are provided to the bathrooms. Nice building entrance with 2 elevators, close to super market, restaurants, cafe’s, banks, dry clean, pharmacy, hairdressers, beauty center, hotels and communication companies like orange and Voda phone, high speed internet. here are some elements you would be more comfortable if you follow them:
1- The wi-fi user name and password are on the back of the router.
2- please make sure that you keep the windows net always close when you open the windows or balconies to avoid any mosquitoes or flies to enter the apartment.
3- please when you go out of the apartment make sure that you switch off the lights & air-conditions to save power and to avoid any problems happens during time that you are not in the apartment, then you can switch any thing on when you come back.
4- please make sure that you switch off the gas arm in the kitchen beside the stove after you finish using the stove if needed for your safety, you can turn it on any time you need to use the stove.
5- please make sure that you take the garbage bag out of the apartment every day, please put it at the end of the corridor before the elevators in the garbage place.
6- Guests does not need to adjust any thing for hot water, it is automatically adjusted.
7- Netflix is available on the smart TV., just push the remote control button to select it, then choose what ever you like to watch.
8- Espresso coffee machine is available at the dining side table, gust make sure that it is switched on through the upper buttons, wait a few seconds till the button light comes stable without flashing, open the upper door, put the coffee capsule, make sure that there is enough water in the back tank, then push the button to get your coffee.
9- I do not recommend to have parties or other gender guests through your stay time in the apartment.
