We also have a fully equipped kitchen, so we provide simple cooking utensils. However, we do not provide condiments such as oil, salt, and pepper for food hygiene reasons.

House rules:
- No event, smoke, pets.
- Please remove your shoes.
- Do not place garbage, shoes or other items in front of the room.
- Do not dry clothes on the railing of the balcony.
- Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property.
- Must be quiet in the public area and also in the room at after 8 pm.
- No smoking in the room & balcony, smoking area is provided at the back of the Condo on 1st fl.
- Must wear swimsuit when using the swimming pool.
- No eating meals in the bedroom (snacks/munchies are OK).
- Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests.
- Do not sit on the furniture in wet clothing.
- Please turning off lights and air-conditions when leaving the room.
- Check-In time : After 3:00 PM/ Check-Out time: 12:00 PM
Please vacate the room prior to 12:00 PM on check out date. Staying in the room after 12:00 PM causes 500 Baht additional charge penalty for each additional hour stay.
- Return the key-card. Unreturned and/or lost will be charged a 500 Baht/key-card replacement fee.
