I’m so sorry about your issue with the cleanliness of the bathroom. It is so odd because no dogs are allowed upstairs in our house. I must say I am very, very surprised. This is the first time we did not receive five star rating on our home. I take this very seriously. I have contacted our house cleaner and she too was unaware of any issue before your stay. Given that you were in contact with us multiple times including when you first entered the house I wish you had reached out to us. We would have sent someone over immediately to rectify whatever your concerns were.
